Abstract

본 발명은 메트릭스 상과 당해 매트릭스 상에 분산되어 있는 분산상을 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체에 관한 것으로서, 매트릭스 상이 폴리프로필렌(a)을 포함하고, 분산상의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1내지 5㎛이고 분산상이 프로필렌 -α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(b)를 포함하는 외층과, 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(b')를 포함하는 외층과 폴리프로필렌(a')을 포함하는 내층을 포함하는 다수의 입자가 분산된 결정성 폴리에틸렌(c)를 포함하는 내층을 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체와 매트릭스 상이 폴리프로필렌(a)을 포함하고, 분산상의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 5㎛이고 분산상이 폴리프로필렌(a')을 포함하는 하나 이상의 입자와 결정성 폴리에틸렌(c)을 포함하는 하나 이상의 입자를 갖는 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체(b)를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 또한 위의 프로필렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체 수지 조성물과 프로필렌 블록 공중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이기도 하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 메트릭스 상과 당해 매트릭스 상에 분산되어 있는 분산상을 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체로서, 매트 릭스 상이 폴리프로필렌(a)을 포함하고, 분산상이 평균 입자 직경이 0.1내지 5㎛이고 분산상이 프로필렌 -α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(b)를 포함하는 외층과, 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(b')를 포함하는 외층과 폴리프로필렌(a')을 포함하는 내층을 포함하는 다수의 입자가 분산된 결정성 폴리에틸렌(c)를 포함하는 내층을 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌부(A) 30내지 94,9중량%, α-올레핀 함량이 20내지 80중량%인 프로필렌 -α-올레핀 공중합체 고무부(B) 5내지 50중량% 및 밀도가 0.92g/㎠ 이상인 폴리에틸렌부 (C) 0.1내지 20중량%[여기서, 성분(A), (B) 및(C)의 양은 각각 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C)의 총량을 기준으로 한 것이다.]를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 상을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌(a)이 (i) 25℃에서의 크실렌 추출시 불용성 물질의 양이 99.0중량% 이상이고, (ii)이소택틱 펜타드 분획이 98.0중량% 이상이며, (iii) 이소택틱 평균 쇄 길이가 500이상이고, (iv) 컬럼 크로마토그래피 분리로 수득한, 이소택틱 평균 쇄 길이가 800 이상인 분획의 총량이 10중량% 이상인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 에틸렌 또는 1-부텐인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
  5. 프로필렌 블록 공중합체와 성핵제 0.05 내지 30중량%[프로필렌 블록 공중합체의 양을 기준으로 함]를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체 수지 조성물로서, 프로필렌 블록 공중합체가 매트릭스 상과 당해 매트릭스 상에 분산되어 있는 분산상을 포함하고, 매트릭스 상이 폴리프로필렌(a)을 포함하고, 분산상의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 5㎛이고 분산상이 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(b)를 포함하는 외층과, 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무(b')를 포함하는 외층과 폴리프로필렌(a')을 포함하는 내층을 포함하는 다수의 입자가 분산되어 있는 결정성 폴리에틸렌(c)을 포함하는 내층을 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체 수지 조성물.
  6. 에틸렌을 중합시키는 제1중합단계, 프로필렌을 중합시키는 제2중합단계 및 프로필렌과 α-올레핀을 중합시키는 제3중합단계를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 제1, 제2 및 제3중합단계가 마그네슘 화합물, 티탄화합물, 할로겐 화합물 및 전가 공여 화합물을 포함하는 고체 촉매를 일반식 TiXa·Yb의 티탄 화합물(여기서, X는 Cl, Br 또는 I를 나타내고, Y는 전자 공여 화합물을 나타내며, a는 3또는 4의 정수이고, b는 3이하의 정수이다.)로 처리하는 단계 및 고체 촉매를 할로겐 함유 화합물로 세척하고, 이어서 탄화수소로 세척하는 단계로 수득한 개질된 중합 촉매의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 매트릭스 상과 당해 매트릭스 상에 분산되어 있는 분산상을 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체로서, 매트릭스 상이 폴리프로필렌(a)을 포함하고, 분산상의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 5㎛이고 분산상이 폴리프로필렌(a')을 포함하는 하나 이상의 입자와 결정성 폴리에틸렌(c)을 포함하는 하나 이상의 입자를 갖는 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체(b)를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌부(A) 30내지 94.9중량%, α-올레핀 함량이 20내지 80중량%인 프로필렌 -α-올레핀 공중합체 고무부(B) 5내지 50중량% 및 밀도가 0.92g/㎠ 이상인 폴리에틸렌부(C)0.1 내지 20중량%[여기서, 성분(A), (B) 및 (C)의 양은 각각 성분(A), (B) 및 (C)의 총량을 기준으로 한 것이다]를 포함하는 공중합체.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 매트릭스 상을 구성하는 폴리프로필렌(a)이, (i)25℃에서의 크실렌 추출시 불용성 물질의 양이 99.0중량% 이상이고, (ii)이소택틱 펜타드 분획이 98.0중량% 이상이며, (iii)이소택틱 평균 쇄 길이가 500이상이고, (iv)컬럼 크로마토그래피 분리로 수득한, 이소택틱 평균 쇄 길이가 800 이상인 분획이 총량이 10중량% 이상인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 에틸렌 또는 1-부텐인 프로필렌 블록 공중합체.
  11. 프로필렌 블록 공중합체와 성핵제 0.05 내지 30중량%[프로필렌 블록 공중합체의 양을 기준으로 함,]를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체 수지 조성물로서, 프로필렌 블록 공중합체가 매트릭스 상과 당해 매트릭스 상에 분산되어 있는 분산상을 포함하고, 매트릭스 상이 폴리프로필렌(a)을 포함하고, 분산상의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 5㎛이고 분산상이 폴리프로필렌(a')을 포함하는 하나 이상의 입자와 결정성 폴리에틸렌(c)을 포함하는 하나 이상의 입자를 갖는 프로필렌-α-올레핀 공중합체(b)를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체 수지 조성물.
  12. 프로필렌을 중합시키는 제1중합단계, 프로필렌과 α-올레핀을 중합시키는 제2중합단계 및 에틸렌을 중합시키는 제3중합단계를 포함하는 프로필렌 블록 공중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 제1, 제2 및 제3중합단계가 마그네슘 화합물, 티탄화합물, 할로겐 함유 화합물 및 전자 공여 화합물을 포함하는 고체 촉매를 일반식 TiXa·Yb의 티탄 화합물(여기서, X는 Cl, Br 또는 I를 나타내고, Y는 전자 공여 화합물을 나타내며, a는 3또는 4의 정수이고, b는 3이하의 정수이다.)로 처리하는 단계 및 고체 촉매를 할로겐 함유 화합물로 세척하고, 이어서 탄화수소로 세척하는 단계로 수득한 개질된 중합 촉매의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
