Description
Claims (13)
- 제1중합공정을 실시하고, 이어서 제1중합공정에서 생성한 중합체의 존재하에 중합을 계속함으로써 되는 제2중합공정을 실시함으로써 얻어진 에틸렌의 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌과 탄소 원자 3-10개를 갖는 α-올레핀과의 공중합체에 있어서, 하기의 조건(a) 내지 (d)를 만족하는 에틸렌 중합체: (a) 제1중합공정에서 생성된 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량(Mw,1)이 6×105내지 4×106의 범위인 것, (b) 제1중합공정(Mw,1)에서 생성한 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량과 제2중합공정(Mw,2)에서 생성한 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량의 비율(Mw, 1/Mw,2)이 0.7 내지 1.4인 것, (c) 저분자량에서 적분분율이 제2중합공정에서 생성한 중합체의 중량분율(W2)의 1/2과 같은 분자량이 5×103내지 3×104의 범위인 것, (d) 제1중합공정에서 생성한 중합체의 중량분율(W1)이 0.45 내지 0.70의 범위이고, 제2중합공정에서 생성한 중합체의 중량분율(W2)이 0.30 내지 0.55인 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀도가 0.940 내지 0.960g/cm2인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용융 인덱스(MI)는 0.02 내지 0.7g/10min인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 두개의 반응기에서 연속적인 중기상 중합법에 의해서 제1중합공정 및 제2중합공정을 실시함으로서 생성한 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, Mw,1이 6×105내지 2×106인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, Mw, 1이 8×105내지 2×106인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, Mw,2/Mw,1이 0.8 내지 1.4인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, Mw,2/Mw,1이 0.8 내지 1.3인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, M2는 5×103내지 2×104인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서 W1은 0.45 내지 0.60인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, W2는 0.40 내지 0.55인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조건(a) 내지 (d)가 다음과 같은 에틸렌 중합체.Mw,1:6×105내지 2×106Mw,2/Mw,1:0.8 내지 1.4M2:5×103내지 2×104W1:0.45 내지 0.60W2=0.40 내지 0.55
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 조건(a) 내지 (d)가 다음과 같은 에틸렌 중합체.Mw,1:6×105내지 2×106Mw,2/Mw,1:0.8 내지 1.3M2:5×103내지 2×104W1:0.45 내지 0.60W2=0.40 내지 0.55※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
