Abstract

본 발명은 하기 구조식 Ⅰ또는 Ⅱ의 다핵형 화합물로 구성되는 화합물로 되는 진단용 조영제에 관한 것이다.
식중, X는 각각 수소 원자 또는 2관능성 리간드이고, 이들중 적어도 1개는 2관능성 리간드이며, m과 n은 각각 1내지 6의 정수이고, 적어도 1개의 금속 이온은 적어도 하나의 2관능성 리간드와 결합되어 있으며, 상기 금속이온은 21 내지 29, 31, 32, 37 내지 39, 42 내지 44, 49 및 56 내지 83의 원자번호를 갖는 금속 이온으로 되는 군중에서 선택된다.

진단용 조영제
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는(갈락토스아미노-펜타머)-〔1-(p-이소티오시아네이트벤질)-디에틸렌트리아민펜타아세트산〕-가돌리네이트(GPEN-DTES-Gd)용액의 투여 1시간 후 치사된 쥐의 심장을 포함하는 흉부의 횡단면도를 나타내는 MRI이고,
제2도는 DTPA-Gd(MAGNEVIST??)의 투여 1시간 후 치사된 쥐의 심장.

Claims (6)

  1. 다음 구조식의 다핵형 화합물로 구성되는 화합물로 되는 진단용 조영제.
    식중, X는 각각 수소 원자 또는 2관능성 리간드이며, 이들중 적어도 1개는 2관능성 리간드이며, m과 n은 각각 1내지 6의 정수이고, 적어도 1개의 금속 이온은 적어도 하나의 2관능성 리간드와 결합되어 있으며, 상기 금속이온은 21 내지 29, 31, 32, 37 내지 39, 42 내지 44, 49 및 56 내지 83의 원자번호를 갖는 금속 이온으로 되는 군중에서 선택된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2관능성 리간드가 디에틸렌트리아민펜타아세트산 1,4,7,10-테트라아자시클로데칸-1,4,7,10-테트라아세트산으로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단용 조영제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 핵자기공명 진단용 조영제로서 유용하며, 상기 금속 이온이 Gd, Dy, Tb, Ho, Er 또는 Fe이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단용 조영제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, X-레이 진단용 조영제로서 유용하며, 상기 금속 이온이 Bi, Pb 또는 Os 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단용 조영제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 방사능 진단용 조영제로서 유용하며, 상기 금속 이온이 Co, Cu, Ga, Sr, Y, Tc, In, Sm, Gd, Yb, Re 또는 Ir이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단용 조영제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 혈증 체류시간이 0.5 내지 5시간의 반감기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단용 조영제.
