The present invention relates to a ventilation device for a vehicle, and in particular, it is fixedly mounted on a vehicle roof such as a medium and large buses, and the turbid air in the cabin is discharged by the relative flow of the outside air generated as the vehicle travels. In addition, the present invention relates to a vehicle ventilation system in which rainwater outside the rainy weather does not penetrate into the cabin.
In general, the vehicle is often driven with all the windows closed due to climatic conditions or high-speed driving or the surrounding environment. In this case, the air inside the cabin, which has become cloudy due to smoking, smoke, and breathing of passengers in the cabin of the vehicle, is often used. It is discharged by using a ventilator installed in the ceiling or a separate forced ventilation means.
In addition, a conventional ventilation hole, that is, the ventilation hole installed in the roof of the vehicle as shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of ventilation holes 32 are formed on the upper surface of the outer panel 31 fixedly mounted on the outer side of the vehicle roof. A drainage hole 33 is formed in a portion where the edge of the panel 31 abuts the body roof, and the inner panel 34 is fixed to both inner side surfaces of the outer panel 31, and the inner panel 34 is fixed. It acts as an exhaust passage 35 of the upper and lower spaces of the side, so that the polluted air in the vehicle cabin passes through the exhaust passage 35 to be discharged to the outside through the ventilation hole 32, but such The ventilation port had a problem that rainwater enters through the ventilation hole 32 of the outer panel 31 in the rain and bounces back from the inner panel 34 and then flows into the cabin through the exhaust passage 35.
In order to prevent the rainwater flowing in, it is necessary to complicate the internal cross-sectional structure of the ventilation openings, and to drain the rainwater that has flowed into the ventilation openings. 33) there was a structural complexity that had to be formed.
Therefore, the present invention was devised to solve the above problems, and the venturi tube-shaped exhaust passage through which external air flows in is installed inside the outer panel of the ventilation port, and the upper wall of the exhaust passage communicates with the interior of the vehicle. In addition to the exhaust hole, the bottom wall of the exhaust passage is sealed so that rainwater does not flow into the cabin during rainy weather and allows natural and effective exhaust of the air in the cabin without the need for a separate opening door or power means. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ventilation device for a vehicle.
The present invention for achieving the above object, the inlet for the external air flows into the inner panel fixedly connected to the inner panel of the ventilation opening and the exhaust passage of the venturi tube shape that has been narrowed inwardly from the inlet. In addition to having an exhaust port that extends backward from the exhaust passage, a plurality of exhaust holes communicating with the interior of the vehicle are provided on the upper surface of the exhaust passage, and the lower surface of the inner panel is sealed to the interior, while the outer side of the inner panel is closed. The space between the inner surface and the outer panel forms a ventilating portion. When the outside air flowing into the inlet of the inner panel passes through the exhaust passage, the pressure in the portion where the exhaust hole is formed is lowered, so that the pressure is relatively higher than this portion. Highly contaminated air inside the vehicle flows through the exhaust holes provided on the top of the inner panel. The air passes through the air and the exhaust passage and escapes to the discharge port, while rainwater introduced into the intake port during rainy weather does not flow into the cabin even if it hits the inner panel.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A duct-shaped inner panel 3 is fixedly connected to the inside of the outer panel 2 fastened to the outside of the ventilation opening of the bus body roof 1, and the inner panel 3 has an intake port for receiving external air ( 4) and a venturi tube-shaped exhaust passage 5 whose cross section is narrowed inwardly from the intake port 4 and widened again, and an exhaust port 6 formed to extend outwardly from the exhaust passage 5.
The upper surface of the inner panel 3 is inclined obliquely from the exhaust passage 5 to the exhaust port 6, and a plurality of exhaust holes 7 are formed in the transverse direction outside the inner panel 3. In addition, the bottom surface is sealed toward the interior, and the space between the side of the inner panel 3 and the inner surface of the outer panel 2 forms a vent 8.
The present invention configured as described above has an air passage from the inlet port 4 to the exhaust port 6 whose cross section is different when external air entering through the inlet port 4 of the inner panel 3 passes through the exhaust path 5. While the pressure of the portion where the exhaust hole 7 is formed is lowered due to the cross-sectional change of, the turbid air is refluxed to the ventilator 8 because the pressure of the in-vehicle air becomes relatively high. It exits to the exhaust port 6 through the exhaust hole 7 of).
On the other hand, during rainy weather, rainwater enters the inner panel 3 together with the air through the front inlet port 4 and passes through the exhaust passage 5 of the inner panel 3 to hit the side wall or the lower surface of the inner panel 3. However, since the exhaust hole 7 is formed on the upper surface of the inner panel 3 while the side or lower surface of the inner panel 3 is sealed toward the cabin, rainwater does not flow into the cabin. It flows out toward the inlet port 4 or the exhaust port 6 along the floor.
According to the present invention described above, a plurality of exhaust holes 7 are formed on the upper surface of the inner panel 3 only, and the lower surface of the inner panel 3 is sealed toward the interior, without rain entering the cabin during rainy weather. Since the inner panel 3 has a shape in which the central part is narrowed in a duct shape, the turbid air in the vehicle is aerodynamically purified, thereby providing a simple and efficient ventilation function.
