직접 타정 콜레스티라민 정제 및 그의 비용매코팅

제1-4도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 콜레스티라민(cholestyramine)정제에 대한 수분함유량, 타정력(打錠力) 및 평균 정제경도간의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (8)

  1. (a) 탭 벌크밀도 0.45-0.5g/mL와 수분함유량 8-14%를 가지고 비교적 적은수의 크로 매끄럽거나 또는 편평한 표면을 가진 다수의 조그맣고 불규칙적인 형태와 뾰족한 면을 가진 입자로부터 형성되며 직접 타정시에 18-28 SCU의 경도를 가진 내부심을 제공하는 콜레스티라민 괴상체의 직접 타정된 내부심 및 (b) 스테아린산 약 60-95중량%와 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 약 5-40중량%를 함유한 비용매 외부코팅으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 콜레스티라민 괴상체가 (a) 습윤 콜레스티라민 입제를 햄머 및 미세분쇄기로 통과시켜 그 입제를 연마시키고 (b) 연마된 입제를 수분수준 8-14중량%로 48℃-58℃에서 건조시킨다음 (c) 건조된 물질의 크기를 맞추어 쿨레스티라민 괴상체를 제공하는 것으로 이루어진 공정에 의하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 콜레스티라민 입제가 제7도에 도시된 부분적으로 찌그러진 표면을 가진 적은수의 입제와 함께 일반적으로 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 콜레스티라민 괴상체의 수분함유량이 8-14%인 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 콜레스티라민 괴상체의 수분함유량이 12-13%인 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비용매 외부코팅이 스테아린산 약 80-95중량 %와 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 5-20중량 %를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 비용매 외부코팅이 부분적으로 수소화된 식물성유 약 10-20중량 %를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 비용매 외부코팅이 스테아린산 약 80중량%, 부분적으로 수소화된 대두유 약 15중량% 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 약 5중량%를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 콜레스티라민 정제.
