Claims (2)
- 서보 제어계를 지령속도와 피이드 백된 기계부하의 속도신호에 의해 제어하는 속도 제어방식에 있어서, 저강성의 기계부하를 구동하는 서보모터, 상기 서보 모터의 속도를 검출하는 수단, 상기 기계부하의 속도 신호를 형성하는 수단, 상기 서보 모터의 속도 신호가 피이드 백되는 제 1 의 적분수단, 상기 기계부하의 속도신호가 피이드 백되는 제 2 의 적분수단, 이들 제 1, 제 2 의 적분수단으로 부터 서보계의 전달 함수를 결정하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어방식.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기계부하의 속도는 상기 소보모터의 출력 토오크와 상기 서보 모터의 위치 신호로 부터 업저버에 의해 추정한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어방식.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
