Claims (4)
- PWM 제어되는 인버어터 회로에 의해 서어보 모터의 구동 전류를 제어하여 그의 속도를 제어함에 있어서; 상기 인버어터 회로의 전원 : 이 전원의 출력전압치를 검출하는 전압 검출 수단: 검출된 전압치에 의거하여 전류 루우프 게인을 일정하게 유지하는 게인 제어 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 속도 제어장치에 사용되는 인버어터 회로를 PWM 제어하기 위하여; 상기 인버어터 회로 의 전원 전압에 반비례하는 전류 루우프 정수를 연산하는 정수 연산 수단 : 상기 전류 루우프 정수와 지령 전류치로부터 전류 루우프 게인이 일정하게 되도록 PWM 제어신호를 형성하는 신호 발생 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 PWM 제어 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, PWM 제어 장치에 의해 전류 루우프 게인이 일정하게 유지시키기 위하여 ; 제어 대상인 서어보 모터 : 이 서어보 모터에의 속도 지령으로서 전류 지령을 형성하는 지령 수단: 이 지령 수단으로 부터의 전류 지령과 상기 서어보 모터로 부터의 전류 귀환 신호와의 차 신호에 의거하여 PWM 지령 전압을 연산하는 연산 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 장치.
- 속도 제어 장치에 있어서 ; 상기 청구항(2)에 기재된 PWM 제어장치에 있어서의 정수 연산을, 상기 서어보 모터로부터 귀환되는 전류치의 하나의 샘플링 주기내에서 실행하는 단계; PWM 지령 전압을 연산하는 단계 ; 모터 전류를 결정하여 출력하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 속도 제어 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
