Claims (1)
- 도면에 도시하고 본문에 상술한 바와 같이, 에미터-베이스 접합부를 가진 베이스 및 에미터 전극을 갖고 있고, 콜렉터 전극을 갖고 있으며, 베이스 구동 전류와 에미터-대-콜렉터 전위를 수신하기 위해 접속된 보호회로를 가진 전자 회로에 있어서, 특히, 에미터-베이스 접합부를 가진 베이스 및 에미터 전극을 갖고있고, 콜렉터 전극을 갖고 있으며, 상기 보호로의 동작온도에 상기 기준 트랜지스터의 동작온도를 따르게 하기 위해 열적으로 결합된 상기 보호회로를 갖고 있는 기준 트랜지스터; 콜렉터-대-에미터 통로를 통하는 선정된 전류 레벨을 도전시키기 위해 상기 기준 트랜지스터를 접속하는 장치; 에미터-대-베이스 전위가 상기 기준 트랜지스터의 에미터-대 베이스 전위에 비교하여 특정량 만큼 증가할 때마다 상기 보호 트랜지스터에 관련해서 과전류 상태의 에미터-대-베이스 전위와 보호 트랜지스터의 에미터-대-베이스 전위를 비교하도록 적속된 차동 비교기장치; 및 상기 보호 트랜지스터에 유용한 베이스 구동 전류가 증가하는 것을 제한하기 위해 과전류 상태의 표시에 응답하는 장치들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 보호 트랜지스터용 과전류 보호회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
