Claims (1)
- 에미터-베이스 접합부와 함께 그 사이에 베이스 및 에미터 전극을 갖고 있으며, 콜렉터 전극을 갖고 있고, 베이스 구동 전류와 에미터-대-콜렉터 전위를 수신하기 위해 접속된 보호된 트랜지스터와 상기 보호된 트랜지스터에 대한 과전류 보호회로로 이루어진 전자 회로에 있어서, 보호회로가 에미터-베이스 접합부와 함께 그 사이에 베이스 및 에미터 전극을 갖고 있고, 콜렉터 전극을 갖고 있으며, 상기 보호된 트랜지스터의 동작온도에 상기 기준 트랜지스터의 동작온도를 따르게 하기 위해 열적으로 결합된 상기 보호된 트랜지스터를 갖고 있는 기준 트랜지스터(Q7, Q5), 콜렉터-대-에미터 통로를 통하는 선정된 전류 레벨을 도전시키기위해 상기 기준 트랜지스터에 접속되는 전류원(IS1)과 트랜지스터(Q8), 에미터-대-베이스전위가 상기 기준 트랜지스터의 에미터-대-베이스 전위에 비교하여 특정량만큼 증가할 때마다 상기 보호된 트랜지스터에 관한 과전류 상태의 표시를 하기 위한 상기 기준 트랜지스터의 에미터-대-베이스 전위와 상기 보호된 트랜지스터의 에미터-대-베이스 전위를 비교하도록 접속된 차등 비교기장치(Q10, Q11, Q12, Q13); 및 상기 보호된 트랜지스터에 유용한 베이스 구동 전류가 더 증가하는 것을 제한하기 위해 과전류 상태의 표시에 응답하는 장치(Q1, Q3, Q14, Q15)들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 보호된 트랜지스터용 과전류 보호회로.
