Claims (20)
- 전사 부재 위에 세라믹 물질층으로 구성되는 커버층을 형성하는, 커버층 도포 단계;
상기 커버층을 베이스 부재에 전사하는, 전사 단계; 및
상기 커버층이 형성된 상기 베이스 부재를 강화 또는 반강화하여 커버부를 형성하는, 강화 단계
를 포함하는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버부가 세라믹 프릿을 포함하는 세라믹 산화물 조성물로 구성되는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 부재가 유리 기판을 포함하고,
상기 커버부가 상기 유리 기판의 일부를 구성하는 일체화된 부분으로 구성되는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버층 도포 단계에서는 인쇄 공정에 의하여 상기 커버층을 형성하는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 커버층 도포 단계에서는 디지털 잉크젯 인쇄 공정에 의하여 상기 커버층을 형성하는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 세라믹 물질층이 50um 이상의 중심 입경을 가지는 입자를 포함하는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버부의 두께가 20um 이하인, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전사 단계와 상기 강화 단계 사이에 상기 베이스 부재를 성형하는 성형 단계를 더 포함하는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버부가 형성되는 상기 베이스 부재의 일면이 5um 이상의 높이 차이를 가지는 굴곡, 요철, 또는 돌출부를 가지는, 태양 전지 패널용 그래픽 커버 기판의 제조 방법. - 제1 커버 부재, 제1 밀봉재, 태양 전지부, 제1 밀봉재, 제2 커버 부재를 적층하여 적층 구조체를 형성하는 적층 단계; 및
상기 적층 구조체에 열과 압력을 가하여 일체화하는 라미네이션 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 커버 부재가, 전사 부재 위에 세라믹 물질층으로 구성되는 커버층을 형성하는 커버층 도포 단계; 상기 커버층을 베이스 부재에 전사하는 전사 단계; 및 상기 커버층이 형성된 상기 베이스 부재를 강화 또는 반강화하여 커버부를 형성하는 강화 단계에 의하여 형성되는, 태양 전지 패널의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 커버부가 세라믹 프릿을 포함하는 세라믹 산화물 조성물로 구성되는, 태양 전지 패널의 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 부재가 유리 기판을 포함하고,
상기 커버부가 상기 유리 기판의 일부를 구성하는 일체화된 부분으로 구성되는, 태양 전지 패널의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 커버층 도포 단계에서는 인쇄 공정에 의하여 상기 커버층을 형성하는, 태양 전지 패널의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,

상기 밀봉재 위에서 상기 태양 전지의 타면 위에 위치하는 제2 커버 부재
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 커버 부재는, 일면에 굴곡, 요철, 또는 돌출부를 가지는 베이스 부재와, 상기 베이스 부재의 상기 일면에 형성되며 산화물 세라믹 조성물로 구성되는 커버부를 포함하는 태양 전지 패널. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 굴곡, 상기 요철, 또는 상기 돌출부에 의한 높이 차이가 5um 이상인 태양 전지 패널. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 커버부에서 적외선 영역의 광에 대한 상기 커버부의 평균 광 투과도인 제1 투과도가 가시광선 영역의 광에 대한 상기 커버부의 평균 광 투과도인 제2 투과도와 같거나 그 보다 더 큰 태양 전지 패널.
