Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예 및 비교예에 따른 그래핀계 섬유의 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다. 도 2의 (a)는 비교예 1이고, (b)는 실시예 3이며, (c)는 실시예 2이고, (d)는 실시예 1이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 비교예에 따른 그래핀계 섬유의 표면 및 단면을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 그래핀계 섬유의 표면 및 단면을 주사전자현미경 관찰 사진이다. 도 4의 (a) 및 (c)는 비교예 2이며, (b) 및 (d)는 실시예 7이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 그래핀계 섬유의 표면 및 단면을 주사전자현미경 관찰 사진이다. 도 5의 (a) 및 (e)는 실시예 7이며, (b) 및 (f)는 실시예 11이고, (c) 및 (g)는 실시예 12이며, (d) 및 (h)는 실시예 13이다.
도 6은 실시예 7 및 실시예 10에서 제조된 그래핀계 섬유의 XPS 분석 결과이다. 도 6의 (a)는 실시예 7이며, 도 6의 (b)는 실시예 10이다.

Claims (15)
- a) 그래핀계 물질을 포함하는 그래핀계 분산액을 준비하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 그래핀계 분산액을 종횡비의 장축과 단축 길이가 서로 상이한 단면을 갖는 플랫 형상 노즐로 응고액에 습식 방사 후 건조하여 플랫 형상 섬유를 얻는 단계;
를 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 습식 방사 후 세척하는 단계를 더 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응고액은 금속이온을 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응고액은 아민계 용매를 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 세척 및 건조 후 섬유는 총 중량에 대하여, 금속이온을 0.01 내지 5중량% 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계 이후, 연신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계 이후, 섬유의 길이방향 수직으로 꼬아서 트위스트 형인 섬유를 얻는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계 이후, 불활성 기체 또는 환원 기체 하에서 환원하는 단계를 더 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 그래핀계 물질은 그래핀계 물질 상에 제 1방향족 단량체를 중합하여 제 1방향족 중합체가 표면중합된 것인 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀계 물질 및 제 1방향족 단량체의 중량비는 1:0.01 내지 1:10인 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 플랫 형상 섬유는 건조 전 습식 방사된 섬유 상에 제 2방향족 중합체가 코팅된 것인 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 그래핀계 물질을 포함하는 그래핀계 조성물을 종횡비의 장축과 단축 길이가 상이한 단면을 갖는 플랫 형상 노즐로 용융 방사하여 플랫 형상 섬유를 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀계 조성물은 액정성 방향족 화합물을 더 포함하는 그래핀계 섬유의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 13항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조된 그래핀계 섬유.
