Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그래핀 액정섬유를 편광현미경 또는 주사전자현미경(SEM)으로 관찰한 사진이다. 도 2의 a는 겔 상태의 방사섬유이고, 도 2의 b는 건조된 방사섬유, 도 2의 c 및 d는 그래핀 액정섬유이다.

도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예 및 비교 일 실시예에 따른 황화몰리브덴을 전이금속계 촉매로 포함하는 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체의 전기적 특성을 나타낸 그래프이다. 도 8의 a는 선형주사전위법으로 측정된 결과이고, 도 8의 b는 타펠곡선이며, 도 8의 c는 나이퀴스트 선도를 확인한 그래프결과 값이다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예 및 비교 일 실시예에 따른 황화몰리브덴을 전이금속계 촉매로 포함하는 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체의 촉매안정성을 순환전위 곡선(cyclic voltammetry curve) 및 시간대전류법으로 확인한 결과 값이다.
도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방사섬유를 필터 여과 후 직물형상으로 제조된 그래핀 액정섬유 환원처리 전후를 광학현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.
도 11은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 산화망간을 전이금속계 촉매로 포함하는 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체의 표면의 주사전자현미경(SEM) 관찰사진이다.
도 12는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 산화망간을 전이금속계 촉매로 포함하는 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체의 순환전위 곡선(cyclic voltammetry curve)이다.
도 13은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체의 촉매안정성을 순환전위 곡선(cyclic voltammetry curve)으로 확인한 결과 값이다.

상기 전이금속계 촉매는 황화몰리브덴 또는 산화망간인 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀 액정섬유와 전이금속계 촉매층은 1: 0.001 내지 1:0.5 중량비로 형성된 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체는 정전용량이 2 내지 50mF/㎠인 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체. - 제 1항 및 제 4항 내지 제 7항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체로 이루어진 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합촉매.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계는 상기 그래핀 액정섬유를 전이금속계 촉매 전구체 용액에 침지한 후 그래핀 액정섬유 표면에 전이금속계 촉매를 전착하는 것인 그래핀 액정섬유-전이금속계 촉매 섬유복합체의 제조방법. - 제 9항에 있어서,
