Claims (13)
- 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 열가소성 수지 시트를 가열하기 위한 가열 장치이며, 상기 가열 장치의 벽면이 열매체 포화 증기에 의해 간접 가열된 가열 장치로서, 가열벽이 승강 기능을 갖고, 상기 열가소성 수지 시트와 가열벽이 접함으로써 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 열가소성 수지의 융점 이상으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
적어도 온도가 낮은 개소를 선택적으로 가열하는 셀프 센싱 기능 [A]를 갖는 가열 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
열매체로서 유기 화합물을 사용하는 가열 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
열매체로서 무기물을 사용하는 가열 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 가열 장치로 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 열가소성 수지 시트를 상기 열가소성 수지의 융점 이상으로 가열 용융한 후, 상형과 하형으로 이루어지는 성형틀에 설치하여 형체결시킨 후, 가압하고 냉각 고화해서 열가소성 수지 성형체를 얻는 스탬핑 성형을 행하는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 가열 장치는 장치 벽면이 열매체 포화 증기에 의해 간접 가열된 가열 장치이며, 가열벽이 승강 기능을 갖고, 상기 열가소성 수지 시트와 가열벽이 접함으로써 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 열가소성 수지 시트의 융점 이상으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 2매 이상 동시에 상기 가열 장치를 사용하여 용융 가열하는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 장치가 적어도 온도가 낮은 개소를 선택적으로 가열하는 셀프 센싱 기능 [A]를 갖는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가열로에서 열용량이 다른 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 겹치지 않도록 배열하여 용융 가열하는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가열로에서 열용량이 다른 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 겹쳐서 용융 가열하는 상기 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열용량이 다른 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 용융 가열한 후, 상형과 하형으로 이루어지는 리브 형상을 갖는 성형틀에 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 겹쳐서 설치하여 형체결시킨 후, 가압하고 냉각 고화해서 리브 형상을 갖는 열가소성 수지 성형체를 얻는 스탬핑 성형을 행하는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열용량이 다른 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 용융 가열한 후, 상형과 하형으로 이루어지는 보스 형상을 갖는 성형틀에 상기 열가소성 수지 시트를 겹쳐서 설치하여 형체결시킨 후, 가압하고 냉각 고화해서 보스 형상을 갖는 열가소성 수지 성형체를 얻는 스탬핑 성형을 행하는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 시트가 열가소성 수지와 강화 섬유로 이루어지는 섬유 강화 열가소성 수지인 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 시트에 포함되는 강화 섬유가, 탄소 섬유, 유리 섬유, 아라미드 섬유 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 열가소성 수지 성형체의 제조 방법.
