Claims (11)
- 음극과 대면하는 제1 전해질층; 및
상기 제1 전해질층 상에 위치되는 제2 전해질층;을 포함하는 전해질로서,
상기 제1 전해질층은 제2 전해질층보다 높은 이온전도도를 갖는 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층의 이온전도도는 10-5 ~ 10-2 S/cm이고,
상기 제2 전해질층의 이온전도도는 10-6 ~ 10-3 S/cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층과 제2 전해질층의 이온전도도 차이가 2~104배인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층과 제2 전해질층 중의 하나 이상은 세미 고체 전해질 또는 고체 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전해질층은 두께가 0.1~20㎛이고, 제2 전해질층은 두께가 0.1~50㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전해질은 상기 제2 전해질층 상에 형성되는 하나 이상의 전해질층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전해질층 상에 형성되는 하나 이상의 전해질층 중 양극과 대면하는 전해질층은 제2 전해질층보다 이온전도도가 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전해질층 상에 형성되는 하나 이상의 전해질층은 하나의 전해질층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전해질층 상에 형성되는 하나 이상의 전해질층 중 양극과 대면하는 전해질층은 이온전도도가 10-5 ~ 10-2 S/cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 음극은 리튬계 음극인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질. - 제1항의 전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
