Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 세륨 옥사이드 (CeO2)와 함께 표면 난반사 및 외부 쉘과 내부 공극간 빛 굴절 유도를 통해 태양광의 내부 침투를 최소화하기 위해 실리카 중공구체(Silica Hollow Sphere)를 도입하여 전 파장대 특히 승온의 원인이 되는 근적외선 파장대에서의 반사율이 향상된 차열 코팅 조성물을 획득할 수 있으며, 본 발명의 차열 코팅 조성물은 박막 코팅 시에도 우수한 차열 성능을 보유함으로써 가격 경쟁력 및 생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있으며, 나아가 코팅 두께 감소에 의해 가공성(0t-bending 및 테이프 박리)도 향상될 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 세륨 옥사이드 및 실리카 중공 구체를 포함하는 차열 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 세륨 옥사이드 5 내지 10 중량%, 실리카 중공 구체 1 내지 5 중량% 및 잔부의 베이스 성분을 포함하며,
상기 베이스 성분은 베이스 성분 100 중량부 당 폴리에스터 수지 30 내지 60 중량부, 차열 안료 30 내지 50 중량부, 금속성 무기 안료 1 내지 10 중량부, 소포제 0.1 내지 5 중량부, 분산제 0.1 내지 5 중량부, 및 레벨링제 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 차열 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세륨 옥사이드의 평균 입경은 5 내지 10μm인 차열 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 중공 구체의 평균 입경은 1 내지 5μm인 차열 코팅 조성물.
- 소지강판; 및
상기 소지강판의 적어도 일면에 형성된 차열 코팅층을 포함하며,
상기 차열 코팅층은 청구항 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 차열 코팅 조성물로 형성되는,
차열능이 우수한 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차열 코팅층의 두께는 10 내지 50 μm인 차열능이 우수한 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차열 코팅층의 표면 조도(Ra)는 1 내지 5 μm인 차열능이 우수한 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소지 강판은 탄소강, 알루미늄강, 알루미늄 합금강, 스테인리스강, 구리강, 아연도금 강판 및 아연을 포함하는 이원계 또는 삼원계 합금도금 강판으로 이루어진 그룹으로 선택되는 차열능이 우수한 강판.
