Description
Claims (14)
- 불소 함유 중합체를 포함하는 결착제이며,
상기 불소 함유 중합체는, 비닐리덴플루오라이드에 기초하는 중합 단위 및 아미드기(-CO-NRR'(R 및 R'는, 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, 각각 수소 원자 또는 치환기를 가져도 되는 알킬기를 나타냄)) 또는 아미드 결합(-CO-NR"-(R"는, 수소 원자, 치환기를 가져도 되는 알킬기 또는 치환기를 가져도 되는 페닐기를 나타냄))을 갖는 단량체에 기초하는 중합 단위를 갖고, 용액 점도가 10 내지 20,000mPa·s인,
것을 특징으로 하는 결착제. - 제1항에 있어서,
불소 함유 중합체는, 아미드기 또는 아미드 결합을 갖는 단량체에 기초하는 중합 단위가 전체 중합 단위에 대하여 0.01 내지 3몰%인, 결착제. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
불소 함유 중합체는, 테트라플루오로에틸렌에 기초하는 중합 단위를 더 갖는, 결착제. - 제3항에 있어서,
불소 함유 중합체는, 전체 중합 단위에 대하여 비닐리덴플루오라이드에 기초하는 중합 단위가 50 내지 90몰%, 테트라플루오로에틸렌에 기초하는 중합 단위가 9.9 내지 49.9몰%인, 결착제. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
불소 함유 중합체는, 불화비닐, 트리플루오로에틸렌, 트리플루오로클로로에틸렌, 플루오로알킬비닐에테르, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 2,3,3,3-테트라플루오로프로펜 및 프로필렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 단량체에 기초하는 중합 단위를 갖는, 결착제. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
불소 함유 중합체는, 중량 평균 분자량이 50000 내지 2000000인, 결착제. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
불화비닐리덴〔VdF〕 중합체를 더 포함하고, 불소 함유 중합체와 VdF 중합체의 질량비[(불소 함유 중합체)/(VdF 중합체)]가 90/10 내지 10/90인, 결착제. - 제7항에 있어서,
VdF 중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 50000 내지 2000000인, 결착제. - 정극 활물질, 유기 용제 및 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 결착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극합제.
- 부극 활물질, 유기 용제 및 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 결착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극합제.
- 정극 집전체와, 정극 집전체 위에 형성된, 정극 활물질과 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 결착제를 포함하는 정극 활물질층을 갖는 정극.
- 부극 집전체와, 부극 집전체 위에 형성된, 부극 활물질과 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 결착제를 포함하는 부극 활물질층을 갖는 부극.
- 제11항에 기재된 정극, 부극 및 비수계 전해액을 구비하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 정극, 제12항에 기재된 부극 및 비수계 전해액을 구비하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
