도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 관한 비수 전해질 2차 전지를 모식적으로 도시하는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 관한 권회 전극체를 모식적으로 도시하는 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 관한 비수 전해질 2차 전지를 탑재한 차량의 측면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 정극 및 부극과, 상기 정극 및 부극 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터를 구비한 비수 전해질 2차 전지이며,
상기 세퍼레이터는,
폴리에틸렌을 주체로 구성된 다공질 폴리에틸렌층과,
상기 폴리에틸렌보다도 내산화성이 높은 폴리머를 주체로 구성된 다공질 폴리머층의 2층 구조를 갖고,
상기 폴리에틸렌층의 상기 다공질 폴리머층이 형성되어 있지 않은 측의 표면에는, 무기 필러 및 바인더를 갖는 무기 필러층이 형성되어 있는, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 폴리머층은, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리4불화에틸렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 아라미드, 폴리불화비닐리덴, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 및 폴리아미드이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 폴리머를 갖는, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러층은, 상기 부극에 대향하는 측에 배치되어 있는, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌층과 상기 다공질 폴리머층의 합계 두께 100에 대해, 상기 다공질 폴리머층의 두께가 30 내지 70인, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러층 전체에 차지하는 무기 필러의 비율이 90질량% 이상인, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 무기 필러는, 알루미나, 마그네시아 및 지르코니아로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속 산화물인, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 정극은, 정극 활물질로서, 니켈, 코발트 및 망간으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속 원소를 포함하는 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물을 갖는, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 전이 금속 복합 산화물은, 리튬니켈코발트망간 복합 산화물인, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 정극은 장척 시트 형상의 정극 집전체 상에 정극 합재층을 갖는 정극 시트이고, 상기 부극은 장척 시트 형상의 부극 집전체 상에 부극 합재층을 갖는 부극 시트이고, 상기 세퍼레이터는 장척 시트 형상의 세퍼레이터 시트이고,
상기 정극 시트와 상기 부극 시트가 상기 세퍼레이터 시트를 개재하여 길이 방향으로 권회된 권회 전극체를 갖는, 비수 전해질 2차 전지. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 무기 필러층이 형성된 세퍼레이터를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 구동 전원용의 비수 전해질 2차 전지.
