Claims (6)
- 하우징;상기 하우징의 일단에서 상기 하우징의 중심부를 통과하여 길이방향으로 연장되고, 전방 외주면에 복수의 소통공을 가지는 인렛배관;상기 하우징의 타단에 연결된 아웃렛배관;상기 인렛배관의 외주와 상기 하우징의 내주 사이에 배치되는 하나 이상의 배기가스유로;상기 배기가스유로에 인접하여 배치되는 오일유로;상기 오일유로에 인접하여 배치되는 냉각수유로; 및상기 인렛배관의 단부에 개폐가능하게 설치된 밸브;를 포함하고,상기 오일유로에는 오일 인렛파이프 및 오일 아웃렛파이프가 연결되며, 상기 냉각수유로에는 냉각수 인렛파이프 및 냉각수 아웃렛파이프가 연결되고, 상기 배기가스유로의 전방단부는 상기 인렛배관의 소통공들과 소통하도록 개방되며, 상기 배기가스유로의 후방단부는 상기 아웃렛배관과 소통하도록 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기열 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 전방단부에는 제1콘부가 설치되고, 상기 하우징의 후방단부에는 연장 원통부 및 제2콘부가 설치되며, 상기 복수의 소통공은 상기 인렛배관의 제 1콘부와 인접한 외주면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기열 회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인렛배관의 외주면에 대해 외경방향으로 내측파이프가 일정간격 이격되고, 상기 인렛배관과 내측파이프 사이의 이격공간은 공기층이 되며, 상기 공기층은 그 전방단부가 밀봉링에 의해 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기열 회수장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 전방단부 및 후방단부에는 제1 및 제2 지지플레이트가 각각 설치되고, 상기 하우징의 내주면과 내측파이프의 외주면 사이에는 냉각수유로가 형성되며, 상기 냉각수유로는 상기 제1 및 제2 지지플레이트에 의해 폐쇄되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 지지플레이트는 복수의 통공을 가지며,상기 냉각수유로 내에는 하나 이상의 배기가스유로 및 오일유로가 배치되며, 상기 배기가스유로는 복수의 튜브로 구성되고, 상기 각 튜브의 양단부는 개방되며, 상기 각 튜브의 양단부는 상기 제1 및 제2 지지플레이트의 통공에 결합되고, 상기 오일유로는 내측벽, 외측벽, 폐쇄측벽을 가진 오일유로유닛에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기열 회수장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 배기가스유로는 하나 이상의 내측 배기가스유로 및 하나 이상의 외측 배기가스유로로 구성되고, 상기 오일유로유닛은 상기 내측 배기가스유로와 외측 배기가스유로 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기열 회수장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 전방단부 및 후방단부에는 제1 및 제2 지지플레이트가 각각 설치되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 지지플레이트는 복수의 통공을 가지며,상기 하우징의 내주면과 내측파이프의 외주면 사이에는 배기가스유로가 형성되고, 상기 배기가스유로 내에는 냉각수유로 및 오일유로가 배치되며,상기 냉각수유로는 내측벽, 외측벽, 폐쇄측벽을 가진 냉각수유로유닛에 의해 형성되고, 상기 오일유로는 내측벽, 외측벽, 폐쇄측벽을 가진 오일유로유닛에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기열 회수장치.
