- 하기 식(1) 및/또는 식(2)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트디올과, 상기 폴리카보네이트디올의 말단 수산기의 당량 미만의 이소시아네이트기 당량의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 우레탄 결합에 의해 중합하고,상기 중합하고 있는 폴리카보네이트디올의 잔존하는 말단수산기와, 이소시아네이트알킬아크릴레이트 및/또는 이소시아네이트알킬메타크릴레이트가 우레탄 결합에 의해 결합하고 있는 폴리머:[화학식 1](식 중, R1은 탄소수 2∼50의 직쇄 또는 분기된 탄화수소기를 표시하고, n은 2∼50의 정수를 나타낸다);[화학식 2](식 중, R2는 탄소수 10∼50의 직쇄 또는 분기된 탄화수소기를 나타낸다)

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 식(3)으로 표시되는 폴리머:[화학식 3](식 중, Rp는 각각 독립적으로, 상기 식(1) 및/또는 식(2)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트디올로부터 양말단 수산기를 제외한 잔기를 나타내고, Rq는 디이소시아네이트 화합물로부터 이소시아네이트기를 제외한 잔기를 나타내며, Rr은 이소시아네이트알킬아크릴레이트 및/또는 이소시아네이트알킬메타크릴레이트의 알킬 부분을 나타내고, RS, RT는 각각 독립적으로, 메틸기 또는 수소원자를 표시하며, L은 1 이상의 정수를 나타낸다)
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트디올이 상기 식(1)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트디올인 폴리머.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트디올이 상기 식(2)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트디올인 폴리머.
- 상기 식(1) 및/또는 식(2)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트디올과, 상기 폴리카보네이트디올의 말단 수산기의 당량 미만의 이소시아네이트기 당량의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과, 이소시아네이트알킬아크릴레이트 및/또는 이소시아네이트알킬메타크릴레이트를 반응시키는 것인 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리머의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트디올의 수평균 분자량이 300∼50,000인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 폴리카보네이트디올.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 것인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 폴리카보네이트디올.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 식(2)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 것인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 폴리카보네이트디올.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리카보네이트디올과, 상기 폴리카보네이트디올의 말단 수산기의 당량을 넘는 이소시아네이트기 당량의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 우레탄 결합에 의해 중합하고,상기 중합하고 있는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 잔존하는 이소시아네이트기와, 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트 및/또는 히드록시알킬메타크릴레이트가 우레탄 결합에 의해 결합하고 있는 인쇄판 또는 인쇄판 제조용 폴리머.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 디이소시아네이트 화합물인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 폴리머.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물이 방향족디이소시아네이트인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 폴리머.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 식(4)로 표시되는 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 폴리머:[화학식 4](식 중, Rp는 각각 독립적으로 상기 식(1) 및/또는 식(2)로 표시되는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트디올로부터 양말단 수산기를 제외한 잔기를 나타내고, Rq는 디이소시아네이트화합물로부터 이소시아네이트기를 제외한 잔기를 나타내며, Ru는 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트 및/또는 히드록시알킬메타크릴레이트의 알킬 부분을 나타내고, RS, RT는 각각 독립적으로, 메틸기 또는 수소원자를 나타내며, m은 1 이상의 임의의 정수를 나타낸다)
- 상기 식(1) 및/또는 식(2)으로 나타내는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트디올과, 상기 폴리카보네이트디올의 말단수산기의 당량을 넘는 이소시아네이트기 당량의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과, 히드록시알킬아크릴레이트 및/또는 히드록시알킬메타크릴레이트를 반응시키는 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 폴리머의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리카보네이트디올로부터 제조되는 폴리머(a)를 포함하는 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머(a)가 상기 폴리카보네이트디올의 말단 수산기와 다른 화합물과의 사이에서 형성된 화학 결합을 갖는 폴리머로서, 중합성 불포화기를 포함하는 폴리머인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 화학 결합이 우레탄 결합인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제19항 또는 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 불포화기가 이중 결합인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머(a)는 제1항 내지 제7항 또는 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리머인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머(a)의 수평균 분자량이 1,000∼100,000인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합성 불포화기를 가지고, 수평균 분자량이 5,000 미만인 유기 화합물(b)을 더 포함하는 것인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기계 미립자(c)를 더 포함하는 것인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광중합 개시제(d)를 더 포함하는 것인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리머(a)는 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리카보네이트디올과, 방향족디이소시아네이트로 제조된 우레탄화폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 것인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제18항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 레이저 조각용 인쇄 원판 제조용인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판 제조용 감광성 수지 조성물.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리카보네이트디올로부터 제조되는 폴리머(a)를 포함하는 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판.
- 제18항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 감광성 수지 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판.
- 제18항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 감광성 수지 조성물을 시트형 또는 원통형에 성형하는 공정과,상기 성형한 감광성 수지 조성물을 광 또는 전자선의 조사에 의해 가교 경화시키는 공정을 포함하는 방법에 따라 제조되는 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판.
- 제29항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 레이저 조각용인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판.
- 제29항 내지 제32항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플렉소 인쇄판 또는 플렉소 인쇄 원판인 인쇄판 또는 인쇄 원판.
- 인쇄판 상의 도전성 잉크를 피인쇄 기판 상에 전사하고, 전사된 상기 도전성 잉크 중의 용제를 건조 제거하여, 또는 전사된 상기 도전성 잉크에 광을 조사하여 경화시켜서, 상기 피인쇄 기판 상에 상기 도전성 잉크를 고정화하는 것에 의해 도전성층을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 인쇄판이 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판인 도전성층의 제조 방법.

- 인쇄판 상의 액정 배향막액을 피인쇄 기판 상에 전사하고, 전사된 상기 액정 배향막액 내의 용제를 건조 제거하여 상기 피인쇄 기판 상에 상기 액정 배향막액을 고정화하는 것에 의해 액정 배향막을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 인쇄판은 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판인 액정 배향막의 제조 방법.
- 인쇄판 상의 블랙 매트릭스용 피막 조성물을 피인쇄 기판 상에 전사하고, 전사된 상기 블랙 매트릭스용 피막 조성물 중의 용제를 건조 제거하여, 또는 전사된 상기 블랙 매트릭스용 피막 조성물에 광을 조사하여 경화시켜서, 상기 피인쇄 기판 상에 상기 블랙 매트릭스용 피막 조성물을 고정화하는 것에 의해 블랙 매트릭스를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 인쇄판은 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판인 블랙 매트릭스의 제조 방법.
- 인쇄판 상의 착색층용 잉크를 피인쇄 기판 상에 전사하고, 전사된 상기 착색층용 잉크 중의 용제를 건조 제거하여, 또는 전사된 상기 착색층용 잉크에 광을 조사하여 경화시켜서, 상기 피인쇄 기판 상에 상기 착색층용 잉크를 고정화하는 것에 의해 컬러 필터용 착색층을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 인쇄판은 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판인 컬러 필터용 착색층의 제조 방법.
- 인쇄판 상의 유기 박막 태양 전지용 광전 변환층용 잉크를 피인쇄 기판 상에 전사하고, 전사된 상기 유기 박막 태양 전지용 광전 변환층용 잉크 중의 용제를 건조 제거하여, 또는 전사된 상기 유기 박막 태양 전지용 광전 변환층용 잉크에 광을 조사하여 경화시켜서, 상기 피인쇄 기판 상에 상기 유기 박막 태양 전지용 광전 변환층용 잉크를 고정화하는 것에 의해 유기 박막 태양 전지용 광전 변환층을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 인쇄판이 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판인 유기 박막 태양 전지용 광전 변환층의 제조 방법.
- 인쇄판 상의 박막 반도체 패턴 형성용 잉크를 피인쇄 기판 상에 전사하고, 전사된 상기 박막 반도체 패턴 형성용 잉크 중의 용제를 건조 제거하여, 또는 전사된 상기 박막 반도체 패턴 형성용 잉크에 광을 조사하여 경화시켜서, 상기 피인쇄 기판 상에 상기 박막 반도체 패턴 형성용 잉크를 고정화하는 것에 의해 박막 반도체 패턴층을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 인쇄판이 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판인 박막 반도체 패턴의 제조 방법.

- 인쇄판 상의 광스위칭 소자의 폴리실란 박막을 형성하는 폴리실란 용액을 피인쇄 기판 상에 전사하고, 전사된 상기 폴리실란 용액 내의 용제를 건조 제거하여 상기 피인쇄 기재 상에 상기 폴리실란 용액을 고정화하는 것에 의해, 광스위칭 소자의 폴리실란 박막을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 인쇄판이 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 인쇄판인 광스위칭 소자의 폴리실란 박막의 제조 방법.
