Claims (8)
- 기체상태의 냉매를 압축하여 고온고압의 기체로 만들어 줌과 동시에 일반 모드와 절전 모드의 각기 다른 운전을 위하여 용량이 가변될 수 있도록 그 내측에 바이패스밸브가 설치되고 이 바이패스밸브와 연결되는 바이패스 라인이 구비된 용량 가변형 압축기와,상기 용량 가변형 압축기의 바이패스 라인에 설치되어 그 개폐에 따라 냉매의 흐름을 제어할 수 있도록 된 용량제어밸브와,상기 용량 가변형 압축기에서 나온 고온고압의 기체 냉매로부터 열을 방출하여 액체 상태로 만들어 주는 응축기와,상기 응축기에서 액화된 고압의 냉매를 감압시켜 주는 팽창장치 및,상기 팽창장치에서 감압된 냉매를 기화시켜 주위의 열을 흡수함으로써 주변 공기를 냉각시키도록 된 증발기를 포함하여 구성된 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용량 가변형 압축기에 설치된 바이패스밸브가 용량 가변형 압축기의 일반 모드 운전시에는 닫히고 절전 모드 운전시에는 열리도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용량제어밸브가 용량 가변형 압축기의 입구와 상기 바이패스 라인 사이에 설치된 제1 제어밸브와, 용량 가변형 압축기의 출구와 바이패스 라인 사이에 설치된 제2 제어밸브로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 용량 가변형 압축기의 절전 모드 운전시 상기 제1 제어밸브가 열리고 상기 제2 제어밸브가 닫힘으로써 상기 바이패스밸브가 열리도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용량제어밸브가 용량 가변형 압축기의 입구쪽 라인과 상기 바이패스 라인 및 용량 가변형 압축기의 출구쪽 라인이 만나는 지점에 설치된 삼방향 밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 용량 가변형 압축기의 절전 모드 운전시 상기 삼방향 밸브에 연결된 입구쪽 라인이 열리고 삼방향 밸브에 연결된 출구쪽 라인이 닫힘으로써 상기 바이패스밸브가 열리도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용량제어밸브가 용량 가변형 압축기의 입구쪽 라인과 상기 바이패스 라인 및 용량 가변형 압축기의 출구쪽 라인이 만나는 지점에 설 치된 사방향 밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 용량 가변형 압축기의 절전 모드 운전시 용량 가변형 압축기내의 일부 냉매가 상기 바이패스 라인과 상기 사방향 밸브를 지나 용량 가변형 압축기의 입구쪽 라인으로 재유입됨으로써 상기 바이패스밸브가 열리도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변형 압축기를 구비한 공기조화기.
