Description
Claims (10)
- 수압식 충격 흡수기(1)의 실린더(3)에 삽입되는 피스톤 로드(5)의 외주연부에 끼워지고, 피스톤 로드(5)가 돌출 제한 위치에 도달할 때 발생되는 충격을 댐핑하도록 작용하는 반동 쿠션이며,돌출 제한 위치에서 피스톤 로드(5)와 실린더(3)가 상대적으로 회전할 때 다른 부재(6, 7) 상에 활주하는 활주면(8a, 8b)과,활주면(8a, 8b)에 형성된 오일 풀(9, 10)을 포함하는 반동 쿠션.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충격 흡수기(1)는 실린더(3)에 고정되고 피스톤 로드(5)가 관통하는 관통 구멍(11)을 구비한 로드 가이드(6)를 포함하고, 상기 반동 쿠션은 피스톤 로드(5)의 외주연부에 고정된 스토퍼(7)에 의해 지지되고 피스톤 로드(5)가 돌출 제한 위치에 도달할 때 로드 가이드(6)와 접촉하게 되는 반동 쿠션.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반동 쿠션은 피스톤 로드(5)가 돌출 제한 위치에 있을 때 로드 가이드(6)와 접촉하게 되는 상단부면(8a)과, 스토퍼(7)와 접촉하는 하단부면(8b)을 구비한 반동 쿠션.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 활주면(8a, 8b)은 반동 쿠션(8)의 상부면(8a)인 반동 쿠션.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 활주면(8a, 8b)은 반동 쿠션의 하단부면(8b)인 반동 쿠션.
- 제3항에 있어서, 오일 풀(9, 10)은 상단부면(8a)과 하단부면(8b)에 형성되고, 상단부면(8a)의 오일 풀(9)의 위치는 하단부면(8b)의 오일 풀(10)의 위치와 동일한 반동 쿠션.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오일 풀(9, 10)은 활주면(8a, 8b)에 형성된 리세스(9)를 포함하는 반동 쿠션.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 리세스(9)는 바닥부(9a)와 바닥부(9a)를 둘러싸는 벽을 포함하고, 상기 벽은 리세스(9)의 깊이가 바닥부(9a)로부터 멀어져 감소하도록 경사진 한 쌍의 벽(9b)을 포함하는 반동 쿠션.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활주면(8a, 8b)은 링 형상이고, 오일 풀(9, 10)은 원주 방향으로 규칙적인 각도 간격으로 활주면(8a, 8b)에 형성된 복수의 리세스(9, 10)를 포함하는 반동 쿠션.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반동 쿠션은 고무 또는 수 지로 형성된 반동 쿠션.
