Claims (8)
- 직류 전원의 출력을 인버터를 통하여 모터에 공급하고, 모터의 구동을 제어하는 모터 구동 제어 장치로서,직류 전원으로부터의 출력전압을 전압변환하여 인버터에 공급하는 컨버터와,인버터를 PWM 제어하여 모터에 대한 공급전류를 제어하는 제어부를 구비하고,상기 컨버터는 일단이 직류 전원에 접속되는 리액터와, 상기 리액터의 타단을 인버터의 전원측에 접속하는 상측 스위칭 소자 및 인버터의 어스측에 접속하는 하측 스위칭 소자의 적어도 2개의 스위칭 소자를 구비하며,상기 제어부는 상기 모터의 회전수 및 목표출력토크에 따라 모터의 효율 운전에 적절한 인버터 입력 전압 목표값을 산출하고, 상기 입력 전압 목표값이 되도록 상기 컨버터의 스위칭 소자를 PWM 제어하는 모터 구동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컨버터는 상기 리액터와 2개의 스위칭 소자의 세트를 세 개 형성하는 3상 구성을 가지는 모터 구동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 인버터의 입력 전압 목표값이 상기 직류 전원의 전압보다 낮은 경우에는 컨버터의 상측 스위칭 소자를 온, 하측 스위칭 소자를 오프로 하는 모터 구동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 컨버터는 배터리의 양단과 리액터의 일단이 2개의 스위칭 소자를 통하여 접속되는 풀 브리지 (full bridge) 구성을 가지는 모터 구동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 컨버터의 출력에는 별도의 모터에 전류를 공급하는 별도의 인버터가 접속되고, 상기 제어부는 2개의 모터의 회전수 및 목표출력토크로부터 산출된 2개의 인버터의 입력 전압 목표값 중 높은 쪽의 전압을 출력하는 모터 구동 제어 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항 있어서,상기 산출된 상기 인버터의 입력 목표 전압이 소정의 상한값을 초과하는 경우에 상기 제어부는 입력 목표 전압을 상기 상한값으로 설정하는 모터 구동 제어 장치.
- 일단이 직류 전원에 접속되는 리액터와, 상기 리액터의 타단을 인버터의 전원측에 접속하는 상측 스위칭 소자 및 인버터의 어스측에 접속하는 하측 스위칭 소자의 적어도 2개의 스위칭 소자를 구비하고, 직류 전원으로부터의 출력 전압을 전압변환하는 컨버터와,상기 컨버터의 출력을 받아들여 소정의 교류전류로 변환하는 2개의 인버터와,상기 2개의 인버터로부터의 교류전류에 의해 각각 구동되는 2개의 모터를 구비하는 2개 모터 시스템에서의 모터 구동 제어방법으로서,상기 2개의 모터의 회전수 및 목표출력토크에 따라, 상기 2개의 모터의 효율운전에 적절한 2개의 인버터 입력 전압 목표값을 각각 산출하고,상기 산출한 2개의 인버터의 입력 전압 목표값 중 높은 쪽의 전압을 목표값으로 하여 상기 컨버터의 스위칭 소자를 PWM 제어하는 모터 구동 제어방법.
- 일단이 직류 전원에 접속되는 리액터와, 상기 리액터의 타단을 인버터의 전원측에 접속하는 상측 스위칭 소자 및 인버터의 어스측에 접속하는 하측 스위칭 소자의 적어도 2개의 스위칭 소자를 구비하고, 직류 전원으로부터의 출력 전압을 전압변환하는 컨버터와,상기 컨버터의 출력을 받아들여 소정의 교류전류로 변환하는 2개의 인버터와,상기 2개의 인버터로부터의 교류전류에 의해 각각 구동되는 2개의 모터와,상기 컨버터의 스위칭 소자의 스위칭을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 2개 모터 시스템에서의 모터 구동 제어 프로그램으로서,상기 제어부에,상기 2개의 모터의 회전수 및 목표출력토크에 따라, 상기 2개의 모터의 효율 운전에 적절한 2개의 인버터 입력 전압 목표값을 각각 산출시키고,상기 산출된 2개의 인버터의 입력 전압 목표값 중 높은 쪽의 전압을 목표값으로 하여 채용시키며,컨버터의 출력이 상기 채용된 목표값이 되도록 상기 컨버터의 스위칭 소자를 PWM 제어시키는 모터 구동 제어 프로그램.
