Claims (26)
- 적어도 하나의 슬러리 반응기를 포함하는 제 1 반응 존(zone)에서 촉매의 존재하에 프로필렌을 중합하여 제 1 중합 생성물을 수득하고, 제 1 생성물을 적어도 하나의 가스상 반응기를 포함하는 제 2 반응 존으로 이송하여, 제 1 중합 생성물의 존재하에 가스상으로 프로필렌을 연속 중합하는 다단계 중합 방법에서, 슬러리 반응기 및 가스상 반응기에서의 온도가 모두 적어도 75 ℃ 이며, 적어도 한 반응기의 생성물이 0.05 내지 0.5 중량% 범위의 에틸렌 함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하여 프로필렌 폴리머를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가스상 반응기에서의 온도가 슬러리 반응기에서의 온도 보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스상 반응기에서의 온도가 슬러리 반응기에서의 온도보다 적어도 3 ℃, 더욱 바람직하게는 적어도 5 ℃ 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기 및 가스상 반응기에서의 온도가 모두 적어도 80 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기에서의 온도가 약 80 ℃이고, 가스상 반응기에서의 온도가 약 85 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기의 생성물 및 가스상 반응기의 생성물 모두 0.05 내지 0.5 중량% 범위의 에틸렌 함량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 전 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬러리 반응기와 가스상 반응기 사이의 생성 스플릿(split)이 70:30 내지 40:60, 바람직하게는 60:40 내지 50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 폴리머.
- 0.05 내지 0.5 중량% 양의 에틸렌 코모노머가 3.0 중량% 이하의 크실렌 가용물 함량을 가지며, 120 ℃ 이하에서 온도 상승 용출 분획(TREF, Temperature Rising Elution Fractination)-함수가 최대인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 폴리머.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 크실렌 가용물 함량이 2.5 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 폴리머.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 118 ℃, 더욱 바람직하게는 115 ℃ 이하에서 온도 상승 용출 분획(TREF)-함수가 최대인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 폴리머.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.15 내지 0.4 중량%의 양으로 에틸렌 코모노머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 폴리머.
- 섬유를 제조하기 위한 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 프로필렌 폴리머의 용도.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 프로필렌 코폴리머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
- 제 16 항에 따른 섬유를 포함하는 웨브(web)를 형성하고 이 웨브를 결합하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 부직물을 제조하는 방법.
