- 내충격성 및 내스크래치성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물에 있어서,전체 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여,(A) 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지 1 ∼ 70 중량부;(B) (a) 프로필렌의 단독 중합체 또는 프로필렌과 10 몰% 이하의 C2∼ C10단량체와의 공중합체이며, 용융지수가 0.1 ∼ 3 g/10분(230℃)이고 중량 평균 분자량이 300,000 g/mol 이상인 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지 1 ∼ 90 중량부;(b) 프로필렌과 11 ∼ 25 몰%의 C2∼ C10단량체와의 공중합체이며, 용융지수가 10 ∼ 60 g/10분(230℃)인 폴리프로필렌 수지 10 ∼ 99 중량부;(c) 가교조제 0 ∼ 10 중량부; 및(d) 유기 퍼옥사이드 0.01 ∼ 2.0 중량부를 함유하는 부분가교 폴리프로필렌 수지 10 ∼ 70 중량부;(C) 폴리에틸렌 5 ∼ 30 중량부;(D) 열가소성 탄성체 고무류 0 ∼ 10 중량부; 및(E) 무기충전제 5 ∼ 30 중량부가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림용 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (A)의 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지는 프로필렌의 단독 중합체 또는 프로필렌과 10 몰% 이하의 C2∼ C10단량체와의 공중합체이며, 용융지수가 8 ∼ 60 g/10분(230℃)이고 아이소택틱 지수(I.I)가 최소 98.5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 폴리에틸렌은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 및 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 열가소성 탄성체 고무류는 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(EPR), 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 고무(EPDM), 에틸렌-옥텐 공중합체(EOR), 및 스티렌-부타디엔(SBR) 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (E)의 무기충전제는 탈크, 탄산칼슘, 월라스토나이트, 황산칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 칼슘스테아레이트, 마이카, 규산칼슘, 점토 및 카본블랙 중에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
