Claims (8)
- 내충격성 및 내스크래치성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물전체 100 중량부(A+B+C+D)에 대하여 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지(A)성분 1 ∼ 70 중량부, 부분가교 폴리프로필렌(B)성분 10 ∼ 70 중량부, 스티렌 에틸렌-부틸렌 결정성 블록 코폴리머(C)성분 1 ∼ 10 중량부, 및 무기충전제(D)성분 1 ∼ 25 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지(A)는 프로필렌의 단독 중합체 혹은 프로필렌과 C2 ∼ 10 단량체와의 공중합체로서 C2 ∼ 10 단량체 함량이 0 ∼ 10 몰%, 용융지수가 8 ∼ 60 g/10분(230 ℃)이며, 아이소택틱 지수(I.I)가 최소 98.5 %이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부분가교 폴리프로필렌(B)는(a) 프로필렌의 단독 중합체 혹은 프로필렌과 C2 ∼ 10 단량체와의 공중합체로서 C2 ∼ 10 단량체 함량이 0 ∼ 10 몰%, 용융지수가 0.1 ∼ 3 g/10분(230 ℃)이며 중량 평균 분자량이 300,000 g/mol이상인 결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지 1 ∼ 90중량부;(b) C2 ∼ 10 단량체 함량의 폴리프로필렌으로 프로필렌과 C2 ∼ 10 단량체의 공중합체로서 C2 ∼ 10 단량체의 함량이 11 ∼ 25 몰%, 용융지수가 10 ∼ 60 g/10분(230 ℃)인 폴리프로필렌 수지 10 ∼ 99 중량부(c) 가교조제 0 ∼ 10 PHR(d) 유기퍼옥사이드로서 0.01 ∼ 2.0 PHR을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내장재용 수지 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가교조제는 스티렌(styrene), 알파 메틸스티렌(a-methylstyrene)과 메틸 메타크릴레이트(methyl methacrylate), 에틸 메타크릴레이트(ethyl methacrylate), 시클로 헥실메타크릴레이트(cyclo hexylmethacrylate), 페닐 메타크릴레이트(phenyl methacrylate), 벤질 메타크릴레이트(benzyl methacrylate), 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트(glycidyl methacrylate), 메틸 아크릴레이트(methyl acrylate), 에틸 아크릴레이트(ethyl acrylate), 시클로헥실 아크릴레이트(cyclo hexylacrylate), 페닐 아크릴레이트(phenyl acrylate), 벤질 아크릴레이트(benzyl acrylate), 부틸 아크릴레이트(butyl acrylate), 글리시딜 아크릴레이트(glycidyl acrylate), 비닐 아세테이트(vinyl acrylate), 비닐 벤조에이트(vinyl benzoate), 메틸 비닐 에테르(methyl vinyl ether), 에틸 비닐 에테르(ethyl vinyl ether), 프로필 비닐 에테르(propyl vinyl ether) 및 부틸 비닐 에테르(butyl vinyl ether)으로 바람직하게는 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 유도체와 스티렌과 유도체를 혼합하여 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유기퍼옥사이드는 벤조일 퍼옥사이드(benzoyl peroxide), 라우릴 퍼옥사이드(lauryl peroxide), 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드(dicumyl peroxide), 비스(t-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)벤젠(bis(t-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene)) 및 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산(2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(t-butylperoxy)hexane)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 스티렌 에틸렌-부틸렌 결정성 블록 코폴리머는 스티렌 함량이 20 ∼ 40 중량%, 에틸렌-부틸렌 함량이 60 ∼ 80 중량%이고, 용융지수가 2.5 ∼ 20 g/10분(230 ℃, 2.16 kgf)이며, 밀도가 0.88 ∼ 0.91 g/cc 인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (D) 무기충전제는 탈크(talc), 탄산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 칼슘스테아레이트, 월라스토나이트, 마이카(mica), 실리카, 규산칼슘, 점토 및 카본블랙으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 탈크는 소실율이 0.07 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
