Claims (9)
- 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 용액을 세척액으로 반복 세척하고, 각 세척 단계 후에 분리 장치로 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 용액으로부터 세척액을 분리하고 용매를 증발시키는 상경계 방법으로 폴리카보네이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제1 세척 단계를 수행한 후에 소수성 패킹을 포함하는 유착기에서 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 유기 용액과 세척액을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 용액을 세척액으로 반복 세척하고, 각 세척 단계 후에 분리 장치로 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 용액으로부터 세척액을 분리하여 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 용액을 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 제1 세척 단계를 수행한 후에 소수성 패킹을 포함하는 유착기에서 중합체를 함유하는 유기상을 세척 수용액으로부터 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체를 함유하는 유기상을 세척 수용액으로부터 분리하기 위한 추가 단계에서 유착기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 패킹이 금속 섬유를 포함하는 패킹인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 금속 섬유가 약 2 ㎛ 및 약 10 ㎛ 직경의 스테인레스 강철 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 유기상을 수용액으로 3 내지 5회 세척하고 수득된 이중상 혼합물을 유착기에서 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세척액을 혼합기 펌프, 구체적으로 원심분리 펌프, 또는 다단계 혼합 노즐에 의해 폴리카보네이트를 함유하는 유기상과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수득된 폴리카보네이트를 가공하여 성형물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성형물을 형성하기 위한 가공 처리가 주입-성형, 압출 또는 블로우-성형에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
