Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폴리에틸렌 원사는 다분산지수(Polydispersity Index, PDI) 7 이상 20이하, ASTM D885에 따라 측정되는 강도가 5 내지 10 g/d 및 신율이 10 내지 30 % 이다.

Claims (12)
- 다분산지수(Polydispersity Index, PDI) 7 이상 20 이하, ASTM D2256에 따라 측정되는 강도가 5 내지 10g/d 및 신율이 10 내지 30% 이고,
분자량(Mw)의 로그스케일을 x축, 중량분포도(dw/dLogM)를 y축으로 하는, 겔 여과 크로마토그래피(GPC) 분석을 통한 중량분포 그래프에서 하기 식 1을 만족하고, 상기 중량분포 그래프는 유니모달인, 폴리에틸렌 원사.

(상기 식에서, Mwaver는 상기 중량분포 그래프에서 최대 중량분포를 가지는 분자량이며, Mwmax 와 Mwmin 는 Mwaver에서의 중량분포도 값 Q에 대하여, 중량분포 그래프에서 0.25Q에 해당하는 두 분자량을 의미하며, Mwmax는 두 분자량 중 최대값, Mwmin는 최소값을 의미한다.)

상기 원사는 밀도가 0.93 내지 0.97 g/cm3인, 폴리에틸렌 원사.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원사는 중량 평균 분자량이 90,000 내지 400,000 g/mol인, 폴리에틸렌 원사.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리에틸렌 원사를 포함하는 기능성 원단.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 원단은 20±2℃, 65±2% R.H에서, 20±2 ℃의 원단에 대해 30±2 ℃의 열판(T-box)을 접촉시켜 측정되는 접촉냉감이 0.15 내지 0.30 W/cm2 인, 기능성 원단.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 원단은 20±2℃, 65±2% R.H에서, 20±2 ℃의 원단에 대해 30±2 ℃의 열원판(BT-box)을 접촉시켜 측정되는 두께 방향 열전도도(thermal conductivity)가 0.05 내지 0.20 W/mK인 기능성 원단.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 원단은 100,000m2 당 모우 발생 수가 10개 이하인, 기능성 원단.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 원단은 면밀도가 150 내지 800 g/m2인, 기능성 원단.
- 제7항의 원단으로부터 제조된 냉감성 제품.
