Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 로봇 청소 디바이스의 저면도를 도시한다.
도 2는 역방향으로 이동되는 도 1의 로봇 청소 디바이스를 도시한다.
도 3은 2개의 회전 사이드 브러시가 구비되는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 로봇 청소 디바이스의 저면도를 도시한다.
도 4a는 본 발명에 따른 로봇 청소 디바이스의 사이드 브러시의 회전 속도를 제어하는 방법의 일 실시예의 흐름도를 도시한다.
도 4b는 본 발명에 따른 로봇 청소 디바이스의 사이드 브러시의 회전 속도를 제어하는 방법의 다른 실시예의 흐름도를 도시한다.
도 5는 좁은 복도의 2개의 구석 안팎으로 내비게이팅(navigating)하는 도 1의 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동들의 시퀀스 a 내지 f를 저면도로 도시한다.
Claims (16)
- 로봇 청소 디바이스(10)로서,
본체(11);
청소될 표면에 걸쳐 로봇 청소 디바이스(10)를 이동시키도록 구성되는 추진 시스템(12, 13, 15a, 15b);
상기 청소될 표면에 걸쳐 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스를 이동시키기 위해 상기 추진 시스템(12, 13, 15a, 15b)을 제어하도록 구성되는 제어기(16);
쓰레기가 상기 표면에서 제거되는 상기 본체의 하단측의 개구부(17); 및
상기 개구부(17)에 인접하게 배열되는 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)를 포함하며;
상기 제어기(16)는 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스(10)가 상기 청소될 표면에 걸쳐 이동하는 속도를 기록하도록 구성되고, 또한, 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 상기 기록된 이동 속도에 기반하여 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)의 회전 속도를 제어하도록 구성되며,
상기 제어기(16)는, 상기 청소될 표면에서의 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동 속도가 0일 때, 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)가 상기 청소될 표면과 접촉하는 동안에 상기 회전 속도가 하한값 미만으로 내려가지 않도록 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)의 회전을 제어하도록 구성되는, 로봇 청소 디바이스(10). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)는 상기 본체(11)의 주변부에 배치되는, 로봇 청소 디바이스(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어기(16)는 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스(10)의 상기 기록된 이동 속도가 감소할 때, 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)의 상기 회전 속도를 감소시키고, 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스(10)의 상기 기록된 이동 속도가 증가할 때, 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)의 상기 회전 속도를 증가시키도록 구성되는, 로봇 청소 디바이스(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어기(16)는 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시의 원주 회전 속도가 상기 청소될 표면에서의 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동 속도에 비례하도록 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)의 회전을 제어하도록 구성되는, 로봇 청소 디바이스(10). - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어기(16)는 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시의 원주 회전 속도가 실질적으로 상기 청소될 표면에서의 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동 속도 이상이 되도록 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)의 상기 회전을 제어하도록 구성되는, 로봇 청소 디바이스(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어기(16)는 상기 개구부(17)에 대하여 말단에 있는 상기 사이드 브러시의 주변부 상의 지점(27)이 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동 방향과 동일한 방향으로 이동되도록 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시(24)의 회전 방향을 제어하도록 구성되는, 로봇 청소 디바이스(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시는:
상기 개구부(17)의 각각의 측 상에 측방향으로 배열되는 2개의 회전 사이드 브러시(23, 24)를 포함하는, 로봇 청소 디바이스(10). - 로봇 청소 디바이스의 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시의 회전을 제어하는 방법으로서:
청소될 표면에 걸친 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동을 제어하는 단계(S101);
상기 로봇 청소 디바이스가 상기 표면에 걸쳐 이동하는 속도를 기록하는 단계(S102); 및
상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동 속도에 기반하여 상기 적어도 하나의 사이드 브러시의 회전 속도를 제어하는 단계(S103)를 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 사이드 브러시의 상기 회전 속도를 제어하는 단계는:
상기 청소될 표면에서의 상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 이동 속도가 0일 때, 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시가 상기 청소될 표면과 접촉하는 동안에 상기 회전 속도가 하한값 미만으로 내려가지 않도록 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시의 회전을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 사이드 브러시의 상기 회전 속도를 제어하는 단계는:
상기 로봇 청소 디바이스의 상기 기록된 이동 속도가 감소할 때, 상기 적어도 하나의 회전 사이드 브러시의 상기 회전 속도를 감소시키는 단계(S103a); 및
