Claims (8)
- 열선 차폐 미립자 함유 조성물과, 폴리 비닐 아세탈 수지와 가소제가 혼련된 필름 형태로 성형된 열선 차폐막으로서,
상기 열선 차폐 미립자 함유 조성물은 일반식 MyWOZ(단, M은, Cs, Rb, K, Tl, In, Ba, Li, Ca, Sr, Fe, Sn, Al, Cu로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소, 0.1≤y≤0.5, 2.2≤z≤3.0)로 표시되고, 육방정의 결정 구조를 갖는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자와, 2종류 이상의 분산제를 함유하며,
상기 분산제로서 관능기로서 아미노기를 가지며, 열분해 온도가 200℃ 이상인 아미노기 고분자 분산제를 적어도 1종류 함유하고,
상기 분산제로서 주사슬에 아크릴 구조를 가지며, 관능기로서 수산기(-OH기) 및/또는 카르복실기(-COOH)를 가지며, 열분해 온도가 200℃ 이상인 수산기 고분자 분산제 및/또는 카르복실기 고분자 분산제를 적어도 1종류 함유하고,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 아미노기 고분자 분산제는 50 중량부 이상 9900 중량부 이하 포함되고,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자 100 중량부에 대하여, 상기 수산기 고분자 분산제 및/또는 카르복실기 고분자 분산제는 20 중량부 이상 400 중량부 이하 포함되며,
상기 열선 차폐 미립자 함유 조성물에 함유된 비점 120℃ 이하의 유기용제의 함유량이 5질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐막. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아미노기 고분자 분산제의 아민값은 5∼100㎎KOH/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐막. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유기용제는 톨루엔, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 초산부틸, 이소프로필알코올, 에탄올로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 막. - 삭제
- 청구항 1, 2 및 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열선 차폐막이 2장 이상의 투명기재의 사이에 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐 적층 투명기재.
- 청구항 1, 2 및 4 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열선 차폐막의 제조 방법으로서,
일반식 MyWOZ(단, M는, Cs, Rb, K, Tl, In, Ba, Li, Ca, Sr, Fe, Sn, Al, Cu로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소, 0.1≤y≤0.5, 2.2≤z≤3.0)로 표시되고, 또한 육방정의 결정 구조를 갖는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자와, 상기 분산제를, 비점 120℃ 이하의 유기용제에 분산하여 분산액을 얻는 제1 공정과,
제1 공정에서 얻어지는 분산액에, 상기 분산제, 또는, 상기 유기용제에 용해시킨 상기 분산제를 첨가하여 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻는 제2 공정과,
제2 공정에서 얻어진 혼합물에 함유되는 상기 유기용제의 함유량이, 5질량% 이하가 될 때까지 건조시켜서 열선 차폐 미립자 함유 조성물을 얻는 제3 공정과
상기 열선 차폐 미립자 조성물과 상기 폴리 비닐 아세탈 수지와 상기 가소제를 혼련하여 필름 형태로 성형하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐막의 제조 방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 분산액 중의 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자로서 평균 입경 40㎚ 이하의 것을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선 차폐막의 제조 방법.
