Claims (15)
- 모터 차량들을 위한 브레이크 시스템에서 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선 (Vi(p)) 을 결정하는 방법으로서,
상기 모터 차량들을 위한 브레이크 시스템은,
휠 브레이크들 (6a 내지 6d) 에 유압식으로 연결되거나 또는 연결될 수 있고 상기 휠 브레이크들 (6a 내지 6d) 을 활성화하기 위한 압력 매체 체적 (VDQ) 을 출력할 수 있는 전기적으로 제어가능한 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 로서, 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 출력되는 압력 매체 체적이 결정될 수 있는, 상기 전기적으로 제어가능한 압력 공급 디바이스 (4), 및
상기 휠 브레이크들 (6a 내지 6d) 과 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 사이의 연결을 연결해제하는, 휠 브레이크마다의 전기적으로 작동가능한 입구 밸브들 (28a 내지 28d) 을 가지며,
상기 모터 차량의 하나 이상의 상용 제동 (service braking) 동작들 동안, 상기 휠 브레이크들은 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 활성화되며 상기 휠 브레이크들을 활성화하기 위하여 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 출력되는 압력 매체 체적 (VDQm) 이 결정되고, 상기 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선 (Vi(p)) 은 하나 이상의 상용 제동 동작들 동안 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 출력되는 압력 매체 체적들 (VDQ1, VDQ2, VDQ3, VDQ4, VDQ5) 을 기초로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 상용 제동 동작들 동안, 2 이상의 휠 브레이크들의 다양한, 미리 정의된 그룹들 (Gm) 은 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 활성화되고, 개개의 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선 (Vi(p)) 은, 다양한 압력들에서 휠 브레이크들의 다양한 그룹들을 활성화하기 위하여 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 출력되는 압력 매체 체적들 (VDQ1, VDQ2, VDQ3, VDQ4, VDQ5) 을 기초로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 출력되는 압력 매체 체적 (VDQm) 을 획득하기 위하여, 상기 압력 공급 디바이스는 2 이상의 휠 브레이크들의 그룹 (Gm) 에 연결되는 반면, 상기 압력 공급 디바이스는 다른 하나 이상의 휠 브레이크/브레이크들로부터 연결해제되고, 상기 휠 브레이크들의 그룹 (Gm) 에서의 압력 상승은 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 휠 브레이크들의 그룹들 (Gm) 은 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 시간 순으로 연속하여 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 상용 제동 동작들 동안 상기 휠 브레이크들의 그룹들 (Gm) 은 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 상이한 압력들 (pj) 로 활성화되며, 상기 압력 공급 디바이스의 개별 압력이 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
2 개의 휠 브레이크들의 그룹은 대각선으로 서로 대향하는 휠 브레이크들 (FL, RR 또는 FR, RL) 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
2 개의 휠 브레이크들의 그룹은 앞 차축의 2 개의 휠 브레이크들 (FR, FL) 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 휠 브레이크들의 그룹들 중 어느 것도 적어도 2 개의 뒤 차축 휠 브레이크들 (RR, RL) 및 단일 앞 차축 휠 브레이크만을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
활성화된 휠 브레이크들의 개별 그룹 (Gm) 에서 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의해 상승된 압력 (pj) 은, 차량 드라이버 또는 제동 기능에 의해 요청된 제동 감속 (aBrake) 이 달성되는 방식으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법은, 미리 정의된 임계 값보다 낮은 차량 속력들에서의 제동 동작들 동안 배타적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선 (Vi(p)) 을 획득하기 위한 상기 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 에 의한 휠 브레이크들의 활성화는, 브레이크 압력 제어 기능이 요청되거나 또는 필요하게 되자마자 인터럽트되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 휠 브레이크들의 상이한 그룹들 (Gm) 의 수 (mmax) 는 상기 휠 브레이크들의 수 (n) 이상이 되도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
각각의 휠 브레이크에 대한 용량 (Vi) 은 선형 방정식 체계를 기초로 결정된 압력 매체 체적들 (VDQ1, VDQ2, VDQ3, VDQ4, VDQ5) 로부터, 미리 정의된 또는 미리 결정된 압력 (pj) 에 대해 획득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휠 브레이크의 압력-체적 특성 곡선을 결정하는 방법. - 전자 개방-루프 및 폐쇄-루프 제어 유닛 (7) 을 갖고, 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법이 상기 전자 개방-루프 및 폐쇄-루프 제어 유닛 (7) 에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량들을 위한 브레이크 시스템으로서,
상기 전기적으로 제어가능한 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 및 상기 전기적으로 작동가능한 입구 밸브들 (28a 내지 28d) 을 가지며,
상기 전자 개방-루프 및 폐쇄-루프 제어 유닛 (7) 은 상기 전기적으로 제어가능한 압력 공급 디바이스 (4) 및 상기 입구 밸브들 (28a 내지 28d) 을 활성화하는, 모터 차량들을 위한 브레이크 시스템. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
브레이크 페달 (1) 에 의해 활성화될 수 있고 연결해제 가능한 방식 (14a, 14b) 으로 상기 휠 브레이크들에 연결되는 마스터 브레이크 실린더 (12) 를 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량들을 위한 브레이크 시스템.
