도 2는 도광판의 제조 방법의 일 실시형태를 도시하는 사시도.

Claims (7)
- 도광판의 제조 방법에 있어서,
투광성 수지 시트를 연속적 또는 간헐적으로 반송시키면서, 잉크젯 헤드에 의해 상기 투광성 수지 시트의 표면 상에 잉크 액적으로 도트 패턴을 인쇄하는 공정과,
UV 램프에 의해 상기 도트 패턴을 경화시켜서 반사 도트를 형성하는 공정과,
형성된 반사 도트의 상태를 검사 장치에 의해 검사하는 공정을 포함하며,
상기 잉크 액적은 상기 투광성 수지 시트의 표면에 있어서의 상기 반사 도트가 형성되는 영역의 폭방향에 걸쳐서 고정 배열된 복수의 노즐로부터 잉크젯 방식에 의해 토출되며,
상기 복수의 노즐을 각각 갖는 복수의 유닛에 의해 잉크젯 헤드가 구성되고, 상기 복수의 유닛이, 상기 투광성 수지 시트가 반송되는 방향에서 서로의 단부가 중첩하도록 배치되며,
상기 복수의 노즐을 갖는 상기 복수의 유닛의 전부가, 상기 잉크가 수용된 단일의 잉크 탱크와 연결되어 있으며,
상기 잉크젯 헤드와 상기 UV 램프와 상기 검사 장치가, 상기 투광성 수지 시트의 반송 방향에 있어서 상류측으로부터 이 순서대로 배치되어 있으며,
상기 반사 도트의 최대 직경은 100㎛ 이하이며,
상기 투광성 수지 시트의 짧은 변의 길이가 200㎜ 이상 1000㎜ 이하인
