- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 용액은 아민계 화합물을 더 포함하는 것인 금속 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 아민계 화합물은 CxH2x+1NH2의 구조를 가지며, 상기 x는 2 내지 20의 정수인 금속 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 아민계 화합물은 부틸아민, 프로필아민, 옥틸아민, 데실아민, 도데실아민, 헥사데실아민 및 올레일아민로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 금속 나노 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속전구체는 구리, 은, 니켈, 철, 금, 백금, 팔라듐, 아연, 티타늄, 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 금속 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 금속전구체는 AgCl, AgNO3, AgBF4, AgPF6, Ag2O, CH3COOAg, AgCF3SO3, AgClO4, CuCl2, Cu(NO3)2, CuSO4, (CHCOO)2Cu 및 아세틸로아세트산 구리(copper acetyloacetate, Cu(acac)2)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 금속 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비극성 용매는 톨루엔, 헥산, 디페닐에테르(Diphenylether), 옥틸에테르 (Octylether), 디메틸포름알데히드(Dimethylformaldehide), 테트라하이드로퓨란(Tetrahydrofuran), 1- 옥타데신(1- octadecene) 및 테트라데칸(tetradecane)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 금속 나노 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 용액을 승온시켜 교반하는 단계는 60 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행되는 금속 나노입자 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제 2 용액을 승온시켜 교반하는 단계는 60 내지 110℃의 온도에서 수행되는 금속 나노입자 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제 2 용액에 환원제를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 나노입자 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 환원제는 NaBH4, LiBH4, KBH4, 테트라부틸암모늄 보로하이드라이드(tetrabutylammonium borohydride), N2H4, (C6H5)HN-NH2, 암모니아 보레인 배위체(NH3-BH3), 트리메틸암모니아 보레인 배위체((CH3)3N-BH3), 포름산 및 소듐 하이포포스파이트(NaH2PO2)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 금속 나노 입자의 제조방법.
