Claims (15)
- 공급된 환원제를 혼합 영역(18) 내에서 압축 가스와 혼합시키는 예비혼합(premixing) 장치(39)를 포함하는, 배기가스 흐름 내로 액체 환원제를 혼합시키기 위한 계량 펌프 어셈블리에 있어서,예비 혼합 장치(39) 내에서 환원제의 흐름 방향으로 보았을 때 혼합 영역(18)의 앞쪽에 있는 환원제용 공급 도관(16) 내에 혼합 영역(18)에 직접 인접하는 제 1 리턴 밸브(20)가 배치되어, 압축가스가 이 제 1 리턴 밸브(20)의 출구에 걸쳐 직접 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 리턴 밸브(20)가, 혼합 영역(18)을 한정하는 혼합 체임버의 일체화된 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합 체임버는 환원제용 입구 개구(48)를 포함하고, 이 개구는 제 1 리턴 밸브(20)에 의해 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 혼합 영역(18)을 향해 환원제 및 압축가스의 공급 도관(16, 28)이 서로 동심원적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 환원제용 입구 개구(48)가 혼합 체임버(18)의 말단측 내에 중앙에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 혼합 체임버(18)가, 압축가스용 입구 개구(52)가 형성되어 있는 주변 벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 혼합 체임버(18)의 말단측은 깔때기-형 방식으로 설계되고, 여기서, 제 1 리턴 밸브(20)의 판-형 폐쇄 요소(54)가 상기 깔때기 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 리턴 밸브(20)가 스프링 요소(60)에 의해 폐쇄 위치에 있고, 스프링 요소(60)의 힘에 대항하여 환원제의 액체 압력에 의해 개방 위치로 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 예비혼합 장치(39)가 압축가스용 공급 도관(28) 내에 제 2 리턴 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 제 2 리턴 밸브(36)가 탄성 밀봉 요소(70, 72)에 의해 형성되고, 이 탄성 밀봉 요소는 상기 압축가스용 공급 도관의 벽(46)을 밀봉적으로 처리하기 위해 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 밀봉 요소(70, 72)가 바이어싱에 의해 상기 압축가스용 공급 도관의 벽(46) 상에서 밀봉적으로 지지되고, 바이어싱에 대항하여 혼합 영역(18) 쪽으로 흐름 방향으로 작용하는 압축 가스의 압력에 의해, 벽(46)으로부터 떨어진 개방 위치로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 벽은 혼합 영역(18) 및 제 1 리턴 밸브(20)를 함유하는 케이징(44)의 외벽(46)인 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 제 2 리턴 밸브의 밀봉 요소가, 벽(46)쪽으로 기울어져서 압축 가스의 흐름 방향으로 연장하는 환상 슬리브(70, 72)로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 벽은 실린더형인 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프 어셈블리.
