Claims (13)
- 排ガス流に液体還元剤を添加する計量ポンプユニットであって、
予混合装置(39)を含んで構成され、該予混合装置(39)の混合部(18)では、供給される還元剤が圧縮ガスと混合され、
前記予混合装置(39)には、還元剤の供給管(16)における流れ方向から見て前記混合部(18)より上流側に、かつ、前記混合部に直接隣接して、第1逆止弁(20)が配置されることにより、前記圧縮ガスが、直接に前記第1逆止弁(20)の出口側を洗い流すことを特徴とする計量ポンプユニット。 - 前記第1逆止弁(20)は、前記混合部(18)の境界となる混合チャンバに組み込まれた構成部分である請求項1に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記混合チャンバは、還元剤の入口開口部(48)を含んで構成され、該開口部は、前記第1逆止弁(20、54)により閉じられる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 還元剤又は圧縮ガスが流れる流路は、還元剤及び圧縮ガスのうち一方が、他方の流れる流路の外周に沿って流れて前記混合部に流入するように形成された請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 還元剤の前記入口開口部(48)は、前記混合チャンバ(18)における一方の正面中央に形成される請求項4に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記混合チャンバ(18)は、円周壁を含んで構成され、該円周壁に圧縮ガスの入口開口部(52)が形成される請求項3〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記混合チャンバ(18)は、一方の正面から漏斗形状に形成されており、該漏斗形状内に、前記第1逆止弁(20)のプレート状の密閉要素(54)が配置される請求項2〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記第1逆止弁(20)は、スプリング要素(60)によって閉位置に保持され、還元剤の流体圧力により前記スプリング要素(60)の力に抗って、開状態へ移動される請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記予混合装置(39)は、圧縮ガスの供給管(28)に対する第2逆止弁をさらに含んで構成される請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記第2逆止弁(36)は、弾性体のシール要素(70、72)を含んで構成され、該シール要素は、壁部(46)をシールするように前記壁部(46)に密着する請求項9に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記シール要素(70、72)は、プリロードによって、前記壁部(46)をシールしながら前記壁部(46)に密着し、そして、流れ方向から見て前記混合部(18)へ向かって作用する圧縮ガスの圧力により、前記プリロードに抗って、前記壁部(46)と間隔を設ける開位置に移動される請求項10に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記壁部は円筒形であり、前記混合部(18)と前記第1逆止弁(20)とを含む部品(44)の外壁(46)である請求項10又は請求項11に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
- 前記第2逆止弁のシール要素は、リング状のパッキング(70、72)として形成され、該パッキングは、圧縮ガスの流れ方向に傾斜しながら、前記壁部(46)に向かって延設される請求項12に記載の計量ポンプユニット。
