Claims (3)
- 분리막, 공급측 유로재 (流路材) 및 투과수측 유로재가 적층 상태에서 유공의 집수관의 주위에 스파이럴 형상으로 감겨 있는 스파이럴형 분리막 엘리먼트에 있어서,상기 공급측 유로재는, 원액 흐름 방향에 대해서 경사 방향의 네트 구성사를 포함하고, 그 네트 구성사는 원액 흐름면에 수직 방향인 실 직경 (Y) 보다 원액 흐름면에 평행 방향인 실 직경 (X) 이 큰 단면 부분을 가짐과 함께, 네트 구성사의 교점부간에 있어서의 중앙부가 교점부에 비해 실 직경 (Y) 이 작게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴형 분리막 엘리먼트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공급측 유로재는, 상기 네트 구성사와 교차하면서 원액 흐름 방향에 대해서 역방향으로 경사진 네트 구성사를 추가로 포함하고, 그 네트 구성사는 원액 흐름면에 수직 방향인 실 직경 (Y) 보다 원액 흐름면에 평행 방향인 실 직경 (X) 이 큰 단면 부분을 가짐과 함께, 네트 구성사의 교점부간에 있어서의 중앙부가 교점부에 비해 실 직경 (Y) 이 작게 되어 있는 스파이럴형 분리막 엘리먼트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 네트 구성사의 적어도 일방은, 실 직경 (X) 과 실 직경 (Y) 의 비 (X/Y) 가 1.1 ∼ 1.5 의 범위에 있고, 또한 상기 네트 구성사의 교점부간의 종단면에 있어서의 공간의 면적률이 35 ∼ 50% 인 스파이럴형 분리막 엘리먼트.
