Claims (10)
- 전열관 안에 내장되며, 상기 전열관 안을 유통하는 피냉각 매체 혹은 냉각 매체로 이루어지는 유체의 유로를 복수의 소유로(小流路)로 구획하는 핀 구조체로서,상기 핀 구조체의 소유로의 단면 형상을 직사각형으로 하고,상기 핀 구조체의 소유로의 길이 방향의 평면 형상을 동일한 폭의 파형 곡선 형상으로 하고, 또한,상기 파형 곡선 형상의 핀 구조체의 소유로의 곡선 형상의 모서리 부분의 측벽면에, 적어도 하나 이상의 사각형의 절결부 또는 원형의 관통 구멍을 마련하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 구조체.
- 전열관 안에 내장되며, 상기 전열관 안을 유통하는 피냉각 매체 혹은 냉각 매체로 이루어지는 유체의 유로를 복수의 소유로(小流路)로 구획하는 핀 구조체로서,상기 핀 구조체의 소유로의 단면 형상을 직사각형으로 하고,상기 핀 구조체의 소유로의 길이 방향의 평면 형상을 동일한 폭의 파형 곡선 형상 혹은 직선 형상으로 하고, 또한,상기 핀 구조체의 소유로의 측면 혹은 상하의 벽면에, 적어도 하나 이상의 절단 기립부를 상기 소유로의 상류측을 향하여 혀모양(舌狀)으로 돌출시켜 마련하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 구조체.
- 전열관 안에 내장되며, 상기 전열관 안을 유통하는 피냉각 매체 혹은 냉각 매체로 이루어지는 유체의 유로를 복수의 소유로(小流路)로 구획하는 핀 구조체로서,상기 핀 구조체의 소유로의 단면 형상을 직사각형으로 하고,상기 핀 구조체의 소유로의 길이 방향의 평면 형상을 동일한 폭의 파형 곡선 형상으로 하고, 또한,상기 파형 곡선 형상의 핀 구조체의 소유로의 곡선 형상의 모서리 부분의 측벽면에, 적어도 하나의 라인 이상의 유체의 흐름 방향에 대하여 직각 방향이며 측벽면의 전체 높이에 걸치는 요철 라인을 마련하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전열관 안에 내장되는 핀 구조체는 한 장의 금속성 박판에 의한 플레이트 재료로 이루어지며,상기 플레이트 재료에의 절결부, 관통 구멍, 절단 기립부 또는 요철 라인의 형성 수단은, 프레스 가공, 그 밖의 기계적 가공 방법 혹은 에칭에 의한 화학적 가공 방법 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 핀 구조체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 핀 구조체를 관 안에 내장하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열관.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 핀 구조체를 전열관 안에 내장하는 수단은 용접, 납땜, 그 밖의 접합 수단 중에서 적절하게 선택되어, 핀 구조체가 일체로서 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열관.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전열관이 편평관(偏平管)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전열관.
- 제5항에 기재된 전열관을 다관식(多管式) 열교환기 내에 적어도 하나 이상 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
