Abstract
【解決手段】内燃機関の排気ガスと冷却水とで熱交換を行い、前記排気ガスを前記冷却水によって冷却する熱交換器10であって、前記冷却水が流通する冷却水通路12と、前記排気ガスが流通するガス通路15と、ガス通路15内に立設される多数のフィン部21を有するインナーフィン20とを備え、フィン部21は、前記排気ガスの流れ方向に対して迎え角αを有し、迎え角αは、境界層剥離が発生する失速角よりも大きい。

Description
流体(この場合は排気ガス)の粘性のため、壁面(この場合はフィン部21の壁面22)での流体の流れ方向の速度は0(ゼロ)である。
排気ガス温度が壁面温度より高いため、排気ガス中の煤は、熱泳動により壁面へと向かう速度を持つ。

Claims (2)
- 内燃機関の排気ガスと冷却水とで熱交換を行い、前記排気ガスを前記冷却水によって冷却する熱交換器であって、前記冷却水が流通する冷却水通路と、前記排気ガスが流通するガス通路と、該ガス通路内に立設される多数のフィン部を有するインナーフィンとを備え、前記フィン部は、前記排気ガスの流れ方向に対して迎え角を有し、該迎え角は、境界層剥離が発生する失速角よりも大きいことを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 前記フィン部は、前記迎え角が与えられた方向とは反対方向に凸となるように曲折される請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
