Claims (18)
- 안테나와 송신회로와 수신회로 사이에 접속되고 복수의 스위칭소자를 구비하는 고주파 스위치회로와, 상기 고주파 스위치회로와 상기 수신회로 사이에 접속된 탄성표면파필터를 구비하고 전극패턴을 가지는 복수의 유전체층으로 구성된 적층체를 다층 기판으로 하는 고주파 스위치 모듈로서,상기 스위치회로와 상기 탄성표면파필터 사이에 위상보정회로가 배치되어 있고,상기 고주파 스위치회로는 제1 스위칭소자, 제1 전송선로 및 제1 커패시터를 주요소자로 하고, 상기 제1 전송선로 및 상기 제1 커패시터의 적어도 일부는 상기 적층체의 상기 전극패턴에 의해 구성되어 있으며,상기 탄성표면파필터는 상기 적층체 상에 실장되어 있는고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제1항에서,상기 고주파 스위치는,상기 송신회로와 상기 안테나 사이에 배치된 제1 스위칭소자,상기 제1 스위칭소자의 송신회로측을 접지하는 제1 전송선로 또는 인덕터,상기 안테나와 상기 수신회로 사이에 배치된 제2 전송선로, 그리고상기 제2 전송선로의 수신회로측을 접지하는 제2 스위칭소자를 구비하고,상기 위상보정회로는 상기 제2 전송선로에 직렬 접속되어 있는고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제1항에서,상기 위상보정회로는 전송선로, 인덕터 및 커패시터로부터 선택된 적어도 하나에 의해 구성되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제3항에서,상기 위상보정회로는 칩부품으로서 상기 적층체 상에 실장되거나 상기 적층체 내에 형성되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 고주파 스위치회로와 상기 수신회로 사이에 평형형회로와 불평형형회로를 접속하기 위한 평형-불평형 변환회로가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 평형-불평형 변환회로는 불평형 입력·평형 출력의 탄성표면파필터인 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제5항에서,상기 탄성표면파필터는 상이한 입력 임피던스 및 출력 임피던스를 가지며 임피던스 변환회로로서 기능하는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제5항에서,상기 탄성표면파필터의 평형 출력단의 근방에 상기 평형 출력단에 병렬로 인덕터가 배치되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 전극패턴을 가지는 복수의 유전체층로 구성된 적층체를 다층 기판으로 하는 고주파 스위치 모듈로서,송수신 시스템의 송신회로와 수신회로를 전환하는 고주파 스위치회로, 그리고상기 고주파 스위치회로의 수신계에 접속되고 평형형회로와 불평형형회로를 접속하는 평형-불평형 변환회로를 구비하며,상기 고주파 스위치회로는 제1 스위칭소자, 제1 전송선로 및 제1 커패시터를 주요소자로 하고, 상기 제1 전송선로 및 상기 제1 커패시터의 적어도 일부는 상기 적층체의 상기 전극패턴으로 구성되며,상기 평형-불평형 변환회로는 불평형 입력-평형 출력의 탄성표면파필터이고 상기 적층체 상에 실장되어 있는고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제8항에서,상기 탄성표면파필터는 상이한 입력 임피던스 및 출력 임피던스를 가지며 임피던스 변환회로로서 기능하는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제8항에서,상기 탄성표면파필터의 평형 출력단의 근방에 상기 평형 출력단에 병렬로 인덕터가 배치되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제10항에서,상기 탄성표면파필터와 상기 탄성표면파필터의 평형 출력단에 병렬로 배치된 인덕터가 상기 적층체 내에 형성한 접속선로에 의해 접속되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에서,탄성표면파필터의 평형 출력단에 대하여 병렬로 배치된 인덕터가 칩인덕터이며 상기 적층체 상에 실장되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에서,탄성표면파필터의 평형 출력단에 대하여 병렬로 배치된 인덕터가 코일형상, 미앤더형상 또는 스파이럴형상의 전송선로로 이루어지고, 상기 적층체 내에 형성되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 전극패턴을 가지는 복수의 유전체층로 구성된 적층체를 다층 기판으로 하는 고주파 스위치 모듈로서,송수신 시스템의 송신회로와 수신회로를 전환하는 고주파 스위치회로,상기 고주파 스위치회로의 수신계에 접속된 탄성표면파필터,상기 탄성표면파필터에 접속된 평형-불평형 변환회로를 구비하며,상기 고주파 스위치회로는 스위칭소자, 제1 전송선로 및 제1 커패시터를 주요소자로 하고, 상기 제1 전송선로 및 상기 제1 커패시터의 적어도 일부는 상기 적층체의 상기 전극패턴으로 구성되고,상기 평형-불평형 변환회로는 평형-불평형 변환트랜스이며, 상기 평형-불평형 변환트랜스는 제2 전송선로를 주요소자로 하고, 상기 제2 전송선로는 상기 적층체의 상기 전극패턴으로 형성되어 있는고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제14항에서,상기 고주파 스위치회로와 상기 탄성표면파필터 사이에 위상보정회로를 구비하는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제15항에서,상기 위상보정회로는 상기 전극패턴으로 형성된 전송선로 또는 커패시터로 구성되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에서,상기 위상보정회로는 상기 적층체 상에 실장된 칩인덕터 또는 칩커패시터로 구성되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
- 제1항,제8항 또는 제14항 중 어느 한 항에서,상기 적층체는 대향하는 주면(主面)과 양 주면 사이를 연결하는 측면을 가지고,상기 탄성표면파필터는 베어칩으로서 적어도 한 쪽 주면에 페이스다운 실장되어 있는 고주파 스위치 모듈.
