- 제 1항에 있어서, 중량평균분자량 5×105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀(A)이 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 중량평균분자량 5×105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀을 함유한 조성물(B)이, 중량평균분자량 1×106 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀(B-1)과 중량평균분자량 1×105 이상 5×105 이하의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(B-2)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 평균관통기공직경이 0.01 내지 0.1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 공극률이 45 내지 95%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 인장신도가 300% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 돌척강도가 6,860mN/25㎛ 이상, 인장강도가 127,400KPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 공기 투과도가 900초/100㏄ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 1㎜φ의 침으로 하중 1,000g에서 5초간 눌렀을 때, 공기 투과도의 변화가 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막.
- 중량평균분자량 5×105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀(A) 또는 중량평균분자량 5×105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀을 함유한 조성물(B) 10 내지 40 중량%, 용매 90 내지 60 중량%로 이루어진 용액을 용융압출하고, 압출물을 냉각하는 것에 의해 겔상 물을 제조하며, 겔상 물을 113 내지 114℃에서 MD 방향, TD 방향으로 모두 5배 이상 2축 연신한 후, 용매를 제거하고 건조한 뒤, 115 내지 125℃에서 열 셋팅을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항에 따른 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 중량평균분자량 5×105 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀을 함유한 조성물(B)이, 중량평균분자량 1×106 이상의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(B-1) 20 내지 60 중량%와 중량평균분자량 1×105 이상 5×105 이하의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(B-2) 40 내지 80 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 따른 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막을 사용한 전지 세퍼레이터.
- 제 1항에 따른 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막을 전지 세퍼레이터로 사용한 전지.
- 제 1항에 따른 폴리올레핀 미세다공성 막을 사용한 필터.
