Claims (18)
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극;상기 양극 및 상기 음극 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터; 및전해액;을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지로서,상기 양극, 상기 음극 및 상기 세퍼레이터 중 적어도 하나는 표면에 알칼리 금속 분말 코팅층이 형성되어 있는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속은 Li, Na 및 K으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속은 Li인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 분말 코팅층의 두께는 30㎛ 이하인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 분말 코팅층의 두께는 20㎛ 이하인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 분말 코팅층의 두께는 10㎛ 이하인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 분말 코팅층의 두께는 5㎛ 이하인 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 리티에이티드 인터칼레이션 화합물, 무기황(S8) 및 황 계열 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 탄소 계열 물질, Si, Sn, 틴 옥사이드, 틴 합금 복합체(composite tin alloys), 전이 금속 산화물, 리튬 금속 질화물 및 리튬 금속 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 분말 코팅층은 알칼리 금속 조성물을 고분자 필름 또는 활물질층이 형성된 전류 집전체에 코팅하고;상기 코팅된 고분자 필름 또는 전류 집전체를 건조하는공정으로 형성되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속은 1 내지 100㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속은 5 내지 50㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속은 10 내지 20㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 공정은 나이프 코팅, 다이렉트 롤 코팅, 리버스 롤 코팅, 그라비어 롤 코팅, 갭 코팅, 스프레이 코팅, 슬롯 다이 코팅 및 테이프 코팅 공정으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 코팅 조성물은 용매 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 30 중량부의 알칼리 금속을 상기 용매에 첨가하여 제조되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 코팅 조성물은 용매 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 30 중량부의 알칼리 금속과 1 내지 20 중량부의 바인더를 상기 용매에 첨가하여 제조되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 건조 공정 후에 압력을 가하는 공정을 더욱 실시한은 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극;상기 양극 및 상기 음극 사이에 위치하는 세퍼레이터; 및전해액;을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지로서,상기 양극은 표면에 알칼리 금속 코팅층이 형성되어 있는 것인 리튬 이차 전지.
