Description
Claims (3)
- 통전 경로상의 과전류 차단 예정 위치에 간극을 개재하여 한 쌍의 전극편을 갖는 리드 프레임을 준비하는 전극편 형성 공정과;상기 리드 프레임상의 간극을 개재하여 존재하는 한 쌍의 전극편 사이에 선의 직경이 가는 도체 와이어를 와이어 본딩법에 의해 접속하는 와이어 본딩 공정과;상기 와이어 본딩된 도체 와이어의 주위를 수지로 봉지(封止)함과 동시에, 성형 기술에 의해 도체 와이어의 경로 부근의 수지층을 우묵하게 들어가게 하여 얇은 두께의 피복층을 성형하는 수지 몰드 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전류 차단 구조의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 몰드 공정은 트랜스퍼 몰드 기술을 사용하여 행해지는 것인 과전류 차단 구조의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 몰드 공정에서 케이스의 윤곽이 동시에 형성되는 것인 과전류 차단 구조의 제조 방법.
