Abstract
Description
成分A:1分子あたり複数の重合性官能基を有し、数平均分子量が6000以上のポリシロキサンマクロモノマー
成分C:アルキル基を有し、フルオロアルキル基を有しない重合性モノマー
成分Bの数平均分子量の上限としては、1000未満が好ましく、500未満がより好ましく、300未満がさらに好ましい。下限としては、90以上が好ましく、100以上がより好ましく、130以上がさらに好ましい。
1辺の収縮率(%)={(保管前の1辺の長さ)−(保管後の1辺の長さ)}/(保管前の1辺の長さ)×100
本発明の皮膚粘着シートは、紫外線吸収剤、色素、着色剤、スリップ剤、医薬および栄養補助成分、相溶化成分、抗菌成分、離型剤等の成分をさらに含んでいてもよい。これらの成分を使用する場合は、粘着シートに濁りが生じることから、成分A、成分B(成分Bを含む場合)及び成分Cの合計100質量部対し、100質量部以下で含有することが好ましい。紫外線吸収剤を含む場合、装用者の皮膚を有害紫外線から保護することができる。また、着色剤を含む場合、皮膚粘着シートが着色されて、識別が容易になり、取扱時の利便性が向上する。
乾燥状態の皮膚粘着シート(4〜5mg)を白金るつぼに秤取し、硫酸を加えてホットプレートおよびバーナーで加熱灰化した。石灰物を炭酸ナトリウムで融解し、水を加えて加熱溶解した後、硝酸を加え水で定容した。この溶液について、シーケンシャル型ICP発光分光分析装置(SPS4000、セイコーインスツルメンツ製)を用いてICP発光分光分析法によりケイ素原子およびフッ素原子を測定し、皮膚粘着シート中の含有量を求めた。
皮膚粘着シートの試験片を清浄な水(各200mL)の入った3つのビーカーに時間間隔を置かずに各2秒ずつ浸漬して洗浄した後、該試験片を清浄な水の入った水(200mL)に浸漬して室温で24時間静置した後、表面の水分をワイピングクロス(日本製紙クレシア製”キムワイプ(登録商標)”)で拭き取って湿潤状態の質量(W1)を測定した。その後、真空乾燥器で40℃、16時間乾燥し、乾燥状態の質量(W2)を測定した。次式にて含水率を求めた。得られた値が1%未満の場合は測定限界以下と判断し、含水率を「0%」と表記した。
含水率(%)=(W1−W2)/W1×100
<引張弾性率・引張伸び>
皮膚粘着シートのサンプルから規定の打抜型を用いて幅(最小部分)5mm、長さ14mmの試験片を切り出した。該試験片を用い、オリエンテック社製のテンシロン RTM−100型を用いて引張試験を実施した。引張速度は100mm/分で、グリップ間の距離(初期)は5mmであった。N=8で測定し、最大値と最小値を除いた値の平均値をそれぞれ引張弾性率と引張伸びの値とした。
自動接触角計CONTACT-ANGLE METER(model CA−D、協和界面科学株式会社製)を使用した。サンプルの準備とし、3cm角のフィルム状サンプル中心部に窒素を約5秒噴き付け、表面を乾燥させた。その後、RO水約1μLの液滴を添加した際の接触角を計測した。N=3とし、平均値を静止接触角とした。
各実施例及び比較例で得られた皮膚粘着シートの粘着力をJIS Z 0237:粘着テープ・粘着シート試験方法に基づき180°剥離力で評価した。サンプルの準備とし、得られた皮膚粘着シートを常温23℃、湿度50%にて1晩静置した。その後、サンプルを幅10mmに切り取りJIS G4305既定の360番耐水研磨紙で研磨後、アルコール洗浄したステンレス(SUS304、厚さ2mm×幅約50mm×長さ約125mm)に貼りつけた。2kgのローラーで2往復しサンプルを圧着した。圧着20〜40分後オートグラフ機にセットした。引張速度300mm/分の速さで180度剥離力を測定した。3回測定し、平均値を粘着力とした。
各実施例及び比較例で得られた6cm角の皮膚粘着シートを人手の甲に貼付した直後、甲を180°傾けた状態において、皮膚粘着シート全面が甲と接着している時間を測定した。下記のA〜Eの5段階の基準で皮膚粘着シートの皮膚との粘着力を評価した。
A: 60分以上
B: 30〜60分以内
C: 5〜30分以内
D: 1秒〜5分以内
E: 1秒以下
<薬液の保持力>
各実施例及び比較例で得られた6cm角のシートを各実施例及び比較例に示した薬液に5秒程度浸漬させた後、リング型ピンセット2本を用いシート上部の両端2か所を持ち、薬液から引き揚げた直後に、リング型ピンセットで固定したシート上部から下部へシート表面の薬液がシートの縦軸の長さの半分流れ落ちる時間を目視確認し、ストップウォッチにより測定した。下記のA〜Cの3段階の基準で薬液の保持力を評価した。
A: 5秒以上
B: 2秒以上5秒未満
C: 2秒未満
<薬液の残存評価>
各実施例及び比較例に示した薬液に5秒程度浸漬させた後、薬液から引き揚げた直後の皮膚粘着シートを6時間皮膚表面に貼付した。剥離した後の皮膚表面を観察し、皮膚粘着シート(シート状皮膚外用剤)が存在した皮膚表面の何%程度に薬液が存在することが目視で確認できるかにより、下記の基準で評価した。
A: 75〜100%程度
B: 50〜75%程度
C: 25〜50%程度
D: 10〜25%程度
E: 10%未満
<収縮率>
各実施例および比較例で作製したシートにおいて、シートを薬液保持させ、皮膚表面に室温(23℃)で6時間貼付した後の各辺の収縮率の平均値を皮膚粘着シートの収縮率とした。
成分Aとして両末端にメタクリロイル基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン(FM7726、JNC株式会社、Mw 30,000)(35質量部)、成分Bとしてトリフルオロエチルアクリレート(ビスコート(登録商標)3F、大阪有機化学工業株式会社)(58質量部)、成分Cとして2−エチルへキシルアクリレート(東京化成工業株式会社)(7質量部)に対し、イルガキュア(登録商標)819長瀬産業株式会社)(5000ppm)およびtert−アミルアルコール(10質量部)を混合して撹拌し、均一で透明なモノマー混合物を得た。10cm角、厚さ3mmのガラス板2枚の間に、厚さ100μmのパラフィルムの中央部を2枚スペーサーとして挟み込んだものを準備した。このガラス板とスペーサーで形成された空隙に、前記モノマーの混合物を充填し、光照射(波長405nm(±5nm)、照度:0〜0.7mW/cm2、30分間)して硬化させることにより、共重合体からなるシートを得た。得られたシートを、100質量%イソプロパノール(IPA)水溶液に60℃で2時間浸漬して残存モノマーなどの不純物を抽出した。その後、シートを室温(23℃)中で12時間乾燥させた。
成分A、成分Bおよび成分Cの含有量を表1に記載のように変更した以外は実施例1と同様にしてシートを作製した。
成分Aとして両末端にメタクリロイル基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン(FM7726、JNC株式会社、Mw 30,000)(42質量部)、成分Bとしてトリフルオロエチルアクリレート(ビスコート3F、大阪有機化学工業株式会社)(58質量部)を用い、成分Cを加えなかった以外は実施例1と同様にしてモノマー混合物を作製しようとしたところ、分離が起こり、均一なモノマー混合物を得ることができなかった。
成分Aを加えず、成分Bとしてトリフルオロエチルアクリレート(ビスコート3F、大阪有機化学工業株式会社)(93質量部)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして光照射を行ったところ、硬化せずシートを得ることはできなった。
上記実施例1で成分Aおよび成分Cを加えず、成分Bとしてトリフルオロエチルアクリレート(ビスコート3F、大阪有機化学工業株式会社)(100質量部)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして光照射を行ったところ、硬化せずシートを得ることはできなった。
成分Aとして両末端にメタクリロイル基を有するポリジメチルシロキサン(FM7726、JNC株式会社、Mw 30,000)(5質量部)、成分Bとしてトリフルオロエチルアクリレート(ビスコート3F、大阪有機化学工業株式会社)(5質量部)、成分Cに替えて2−フェノキシエチルアクリレート(東京化成工業株式会社)(90質量部)とし、実施例1と同様にしてモノマー混合物を作製しようとしたところ、分離が起こり、均一なモノマー混合物を得ることができなかった。
成分A、成分Bおよび2−フェノキシエチルアクリレートの含有量を表1に記載のように変更した以外は比較例7と同様にしてモノマー混合物を作製しようとしたところ、分離が起こり、均一なモノマー混合物を得ることができなかった。
厚さ0.2mmの市販品シリコーンフィルム(アズワン株式会社“極薄SRシート”)の含水率は0%、引張弾性率は0.83MPa、引張伸びは1298%、静止接触角は95°、粘着力評価は0g/10mm、皮膚との粘着力評価はBであり粘着力がなかった。目視で若干の白濁があることが確認できた。
Claims (14)
- 下記成分A及び成分Cを重合成分として含有する共重合体からなる含水率が10質量%未満の皮膚粘着シート。
成分A:1分子あたり複数の重合性官能基を有し、数平均分子量が6000以上のポリシロキサンマクロモノマー
成分C:アルキル基を有し、フルオロアルキル基を有しない重合性モノマー - 前記成分Cが、前記共重合体の全重合成分100質量部中1〜18質量部使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 前記成分Cが(メタ)アクリル系モノマーである、請求項1または2に記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 前記成分Cが(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルである、請求項3に記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 前記共重合体が、全重合成分中、前記成分Aを50質量部以上含有するものである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 前記共重合体が、さらに下記成分Bを重合成分として含有するものである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の皮膚粘着シート。
成分B:フルオロアルキル基を有する重合性モノマー - 前記成分Bが(メタ)アクリル酸フルオロアルキルエステルである、請求項6に記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 前記共重合体が、全重合成分中、前記成分Aおよび前記成分Bを合計50質量部以上含有するものである、請求項6または7に記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 前記共重合体が、さらに下記成分Mを重合成分として含有するものである、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の皮膚粘着シート。
成分M:1分子あたり1個の重合性官能基を有し、かつシロキサニル基を有するモノマー - 前記共重合体の架橋度が2.0〜18.3である、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 表面の粘着力が10〜90g/10mmである、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の皮膚粘着シート。
- 請求項1〜請求項12のいずれかに記載の皮膚粘着シートの表面に薬液を保持してなるシート状皮膚外用剤。
- 前記薬液が美容液である、請求項13に記載のシート状皮膚外用剤。
