Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce a thermal conductivity of a foamed thermal-insulating material and improve a thermal insulating performance by a method wherein an injection hole at an outer box for injection foamed thermal insulating- material is closed by an injection cap having adsorption material therein to hold the adsorbing material for adsorbing carbon dioxide gas in such a way that the adsorbing material is buried in the foamed thermal insulating material. CONSTITUTION: An injection cap 9 for closing a foamed thermal-insulating material injection hole 4 formed at an outer box 2 for injection of foaming- thermal insulating material 3 between an inner box 1 and an outer box 2 is of an injection cap structure having adsorbing material therein in such a way that the adsorbing material 13 for adsorbing carbon dioxide gas during its closed state is buried in the foamed thermal insulating material 3. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to adsorb carbon dioxide gas passing through and moving in the cells of the foamed thermal insulating material under adsorbing action of the adsorbing material and to fill fluorocarbon by 100% in cells. Thus it is possible to reduce a thermal conductivity of the foamed thermal insulating material and to improve a thermally insulating performance.
