Abstract

PURPOSE: To disuse a high vacuum difficult to be manufactured and maintained by filling a filling body containing particles of which a diameter of a primary particle is in the range of 50 to 200 Åinto a container maintained under a decompressed condition. CONSTITUTION: A filling body 2, which contains at least particles of which primary particles have a diameter in the range of 50 to 200 Å, is filled into a container 1 to maintain inside of the container under a decompressed condition. Hollow space produced with fine particles having such a particle diameter is a continuous hole, a vacuum degree is uniformly maintained within the container. The hollow space formed between the fine particles is as fine as the particles to avoid influence of thermal conduction by air. It is not necessary to form a high vacuum in the container thereby, so a high efficiency of heat insulating can be obtained even under a low vacuum condition.
