Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation of a current output ratio due to the fluctuation of at hFE of a transistor(TR) by providing a current source circuit connected to the emitter of a 1st TR and a constant voltage element including plural diodes with respect to a current output terminal inbetween. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that a current output terminal is connected to an inverting input of an operational amplifier and connected to zero V in a form of imaginary ground connection, a base voltage of a diode 5 is expressed as -VBE, where VBE is a baseemitter voltage. In giving zero V to an external input terminal, no current flows to the TR 3. Then the current formed by a current source circuit 1 flows to diodes 5, 6 and the result is outputted at a current output terminal. In giving -2VBE to the external input terminal, a current flows to the TR 3 and no output is given at the current output terminal. A 2nd bit switch current source circuit acts similarly. Thus, two diodes are employed between the current source circuit and the current output terminal in this way to eliminate the fluctuation in the current output ratio.
