Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high output voltage even when a power voltage is low by feeding back an output of a common emitter transistor (TR) element receiving a signal in response to an output of an operational amplifier to the input of the operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The output of the operational amplifier 1 is connected to a base of a TR 3 whose emitter is connected to ground via an attenuator 2, and the TR 3 and a collector load resistor 4 form a common emitter amplifier circuit. Moreover, the operational amplifier 1, the TR 3, the input resistor 6 and the feedback resistor 5 form an inverting amplifier and the ratio of the voltage given at an input terminal 9 to a voltage appearing at an output terminal 10, that is, the voltage gain is determined by the ratio of the input resistor 6 to the feedback resistor 5. Thus, even when the power voltage is low, a high output voltage is obtained.
