Ink is penetrated shallowly or deeply into linter paper with a weight of 0 g/m2 or more, and a three-dimensional pattern is printed as shown in Figure 1.
A melamine resin-impregnated patterned paper with a linter paper base is prepared by impregnating and drying a highly transparent melamine resin to a resin impregnation rate (solid resin adhesion rate to paper) of 40 to 240% by weight using a known method. do.

This is a well-known overlay paper that is used especially when the printed pattern is worn away under harsh conditions.

The appropriate resin impregnation rate is 40 to 240% by weight; if it is less than 40%, the surface after hot-press molding tends to become opaque; if it is 240% or more, the resin tends to ooze out during hot-press molding. Next, the barrier layer 5 is used to make the printed translucent layer appear more effectively, and is made of opaque titanium paper or the like impregnated with melamine-based phenolic resin and dried. By using a board printed with seven single colors or a pattern that harmonizes with the hue pattern, a decorative board with even more three-dimensionality can be obtained. Next, the core layer 6 is a base material layer used in ordinary decorative boards, and is made of kraft paper impregnated with a phenolic resin, and one or more sheets of the core layer are used, increasing or decreasing the thickness as desired depending on the thickness of the molded product. Next, the backing paper 7 is used as necessary to prevent the decorative board from warping after hot-press molding. Here, in the present invention, the composition weight ratio of the melamine resin-impregnated paper layer which becomes the overlay layer 3 and the pattern layer 4 is 45% or less, and the composition of the phenol resin-impregnated paper layer which becomes the back layer consisting of the core layer 6. It is preferable that the weight ratio is 55% or more.

確認した。That is, if the melamine resin-impregnated paper layer exceeds 45%, the crack resistance of the melamine decorative board after molding will be significantly reduced, causing a practical problem. For example, after adhering the melamine decorative board obtained according to the present invention to a 20 m/m thick plywood board with a urea adhesive,
As a result of the test, no elongation of cracks was observed in decorative laminates with a composition weight ratio of paper impregnated with melamine resin of 40% or less, whereas elongation of cracks in decorative laminates with melamine resin-impregnated paper of 50% or more was 10 m/m. I grew more than that and got a failing result. As the patterned paper for the translucent layer used in the present invention, other natural fiber patterned papers can be used in terms of heat resistance and transparency, but Linta paper is the best in terms of transparency. It was confirmed.
