Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a subject decorative laminated sheet which is excellent in a stereoscopic feeling, by a method wherein melamine resin is impregnated into a linter sheet, which is patterned in a clear ink, to produce a patterned sheet, serving as an outer layer, a barrier layer, and a core layer are monolithically molded by the mal pressure.
CONSTITUTION: A clear ink, in which, for example, dyestuffs having a less hiding power acts as a coloring agent, is impregnated into a linter sheet of 80g/m2 or more, and a stereoscopic pattern is first printed. There is impregnated into so printed linter sheet 40W240wt% of clear melamine resin to produce a sheet designed with a resin- impregnated pattern. A pattern layer 4 consists of 1Wseveral sheets of said pat terned sheets, and an overlay sheet 3 is laid thereon. An opaque barrier layer 5 having a printed pattern and the like, and a core layer 6, which consists of craft paper or the like impregnated with phenol resin, are laid in order named above below the pattern layer 4. A backing sheet 7 is further laid where necessary, and the lamination is monolithically molded by heat pressure to obtain a desired decorative laminated sheet.
