Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the loss in the coaxial part and to make easy the manufacture, by providing the conductor sectioning plate in parallel with the electric field of TE10 mode, between the input terminal of the rectangualr waveguide and the diode, in the coaxial waveguide conversion type microwave diode device. Thus, the coaxial part can be decreased for ease of manufacture.
