Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture a floor sheet excellent in dimension-stability and flatness, by a method wherein an unwoven cloth made of glass fiber is laminated on a polyvinyl chloride resin sol applied on an exfoliative film, and the film is exfoliated after said sol is half-gelled by heating said lamination.
CONSTITUTION: Desired patterns are applied with a printing ink 11 on an exfoliative film 2 (for example, polyester film) which can stand for heating when a polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) sol is half-gelled and which is excellent in exfoliation from a PVC half-gelled layer, and the PVC sol (the mixture of 100pts.wt. of PVC powder and about 5W60pts.wt. of plasticizer) is applied thereon. A glass unwoven cloth (thickness of about 15W40g/m2 is preferable) is laminated on the PVC sol 3. The PVC sol 3 is formed into a half-gelled layer 5 by heating the lamination, and a film 2 is exfoliated for removal to obtain a floor sheet 1.
